Gotta love how a feud between two ancient civilizations can transcend space and time
#yes im talking about my rejuv au again#the Anima and the Garufans have a very fierce feud since the days of the old earth#and its still there living on in their descendants#in an attempt to make themselves the perfect lifeforms the garufans performed atrocities on the anima#which ended with them genociding the entire race and taking their powers for their after a long arduous war#the few survivors fled and went into hiding to avoid capture#but they were eventually reached out to by variya when their own pursuit of perfection led the entire world into doom#out of desperation they begged the survivors to help them save the world#most were disgusted and turned them away. but one took pity on her and agreed to help albeit with some wariness#that one being Nymiera who later became one of the system overseers due to her involvement with the project#but even then nymiera does harbour some grief over what the garufans had done to her own kind#i can go on and on about their bloody history but i think tumblr has a tag limit so gonna stop here XD
