My sports bras have betrayed me.
#i've tried not wearing a bra for the past week and it's been nice my ribs haven't complained much#but i had to wear one today because i'm out of undershirts that aren't awkward underneath my work shirts#underwire bras are the devil so i went back to wearing sports bras years go#i don't understand why my ribs are like 'hey this isn't okay' all of a sudden#i know i probably bought these sports bras too small? but they're also very much not new so wouldn't they have stretched out?#have i gained weight?#but why ribs#it's discomfort right where the bra line hits#i haven't bound in a while so that can't be it can it?#i know i am not always smart about binding and i have been binding off and on since... shit 2012?#oh#okay#maybe i did some long term damage#well#hmm#anyway#presentation talk#to be deleted
