how come hyper-specific cc that I only want to use in certain situations– accessory wings for fairies, medieval knight outfits, elaborate hats– are enabled for random but your pastel sweater and crocs aren’t

#no judgement on what the cc creator wants to do i just get confused??#like i wouldn't mind if a townie spawned in wearing a gravity falls hat. thats fine. encouraged even #but i only want to use tails for sims that have tails. my townie shouldnt show up in formal wear wearing a space suit and snake tail!!#hm. i know there's a mod to stop head accessories from appearing at random. is there one for body accessories? that would help #wouldnt solve the costumes one but it'd help #/again to be clear this post is lighthearted
