anybody got recs for a good habit tracker app ? i looked into a few drinking-specific ones and they didnt really have the structure of what i needed so 😳
#i been limiting to 1 drink a night on nights i have work in the mornin and i tried ti imput that into 2 diff apps for tracking habits/addict#addictions and it was like 'this will reset your tracker' bitch. it shouldnt because 1 drink a work night is my goal#this past week is the least ive drank in the past 2 years no i dont want u to reset my fuckin goals clock djdhjdbdjdbd#talkin.555#cw alcohol#cw addiction#dw i have a vent blog for this typa shit im not gonna be posting about it rlly at all i just got over 1k followers here so im hoping somma#yall got recs for sumn thats helped u#just mostly want a non judgemental app#cos i would wanna track my alcohol intake and how much i smoke and how much i pick at my skin (got top surgery coming up hopefully 🤞)#and rlly drinking is my top thing i wanna like get under control by any means necessary#but id like to also know how that effects the frequesncy that i smoke or pick
