The closest Diamond Dogs got to the civil war was that one evening when Ocelot convinced mother base radio DJ that crew would benefit from some cultural education and suggested putting on a recording of "Madama Butterfly" with commentary

#i dont think he would be above doing that especially if there was a chance to put poor unsuspecting dj in the line of fire #my headcanon motherbase has its own radiostation and its very important #they have to change DJs quite a lot though #if you need context - the plot in this opera is uncomfortably similar to the story of kaz' parents #but also making innocent unsuspecting people listen to a whole ass opera is cruel in itself #but in the end ocelot got some nice me time to flip through that documents without witnesses #kazuhira miller #revolver ocelot #metal gear #metal gear bits and pieces #(metal gear bits and pieces is my tag for headcanons btw)
