I always think I've got a handle on my anxiety and then something happens to set it off and I'm just suffering again lol
#max went out of town#which i hate sleeping in an emoty house#i am forever afraid someone will break in and kill me#so of course the first night he's gone the sliding lock for the patio door breaks#and the second night my dog starts barking like crazy at the front door#so both times i end up with the fear of a human being hunted for sport#i know its illogical#but it doesn't stop me from taking 4x as much ativan as i usually need#then i lose sleep#and my symptoms get worse
