#but people being SO BAD AT MATH THEY CANT UNDERSTAND WHY AN ODD NUMBER IS IRRELEVANT WITH 63000 VOTES
Text
okay i feel like i have been pretty good at ignoring 300 ppl making dumb comments like not getting Da Joak or everyone repeatedly correcting me on my spelling bc i can say hee hoo and have fun w it but christ i am fucking begging tumblr to learn how math works. i have already seen several people say "WHAT HOW IS IT 50/50 ITS AN ODD NUMBER"
yall its called Rounding you learned this in fucking grade school. tumblr only shows one decimal place of precision on the polls. 0.1% of 63,000 is 63. the number at the end being odd is literally meaningless except for the fact that if it was an even number i wouldnt have to see comments from ppl who are shit at math saying WHAT BUT ITS ODD HOW??? oh how i imagine a blessed world where if only One Less Person had voted.
also for anyone smugly pointing out to me "oh its not REALLY 50/50" i. yes i know we literally did the math. we saw the more accurate numbers to 4 decimal places. i am aware of the fact that the 63,579 vote poll with an odd number of votes is not perfectly exactly 50/50. i am aware of this ty!! i was not expecting the tumblr poll to get it right down to the individual vote i find it impressive enough that the gap is only 37ish votes out of fucking 63,579. i am aware that the number is rounded as i was literally telling people "oh yeah and the more votes this gets the more leeway the poll will have as that 0.1% gets bigger".

This is a post on the cheating accusations around dream mostly surrounding his response video.
If you don’t want to see this or any of these posts then blacklist the tag #discourse
SO I’ve been doing a lot of digging into what dream has said in his response to Geosquare’s original video and report, which was compiled and conducted by the Minecraft Java mods on speedrun.com.
I won’t talk about that original report in detail, but basically: the mods came to the conclusion that Dream had a 1 in 7.5 trillion chance of getting the pearl bartering rates and the blaze drop odds that he did within the 6 streams he did. As in, someone would need that luck to replicate what dream got. Therefore, he cheated.
I’m going to put this into a sort of ‘point form’ in according to topic, attempting to put it in chronological order.
Dream’s Initial Tweets
Ok so first like. these are bad. these tweets are what he said (on twitter, excluding in the speedrunning discord) directly after the video was Uploaded to Geo’s channel.
Tumblr media
worth noting he did apologize later, although i wanted to talk about these two instances so i felt the need to include it.
Tumblr media
there’s a lot of interesting wording in the apology tweet itself too. I personally find that when he apologizes he tends to still be very subtextually angry in them with the tone, but more specifically. where he says ‘although i have reason to be upset’, that’s kinda weak and really unneeded. Alongside the ‘intense criticism’, it reads as him trying to say he’s still in the right. kind of like “im sorry i was rude even though I had reason to be rude’. Its an apology sure but he’s not saying sorry for how he really reacted; its justified to him.
Dream’s Response Video
Dream posted a response on his side channel DreamXD on the 22nd, along with the report he had a supposed astrophysicist conduct. I’m going to talk about the report separately from the video for reasons I’ll explain.
Frankly, the video doesn’t really summarize or explain the report in a meaningful way. At most, it takes some points from it but tends to twist the numbers around, misunderstand the probability and math, and also what the report itself concludes.
Essentially, dream’s video insists that the numbers found by the mods are wrong and therefore he didn’t cheat at all, yet the report concludes that the numbers found by the mods weren’t entirely accurate, however they’re still extremely unlikely. This is also all under the assumption that the report is entirely correct (ill say how its not next)
His first point is that only his 1.16 run (that was at 5th place two months ago, would have now been 16th) was deemed cheated. This is true; the mods have said that he isnt banned outright and theres no reason to question the legitimacy of his 1.15 runs.
He also concludes that Geo’s statement that Dream didn’t cooperate with them, and that he deleted 1.16 mod folders, was false. This one is a little more complicated. It could more be chalked up to a miscommunication, although it’s relevant. Geosquare posted screenshots of the specific conversation they had:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Essentially it wasn’t entirely clear, i can understand how geo and the mods interpreted it in such a way. Altho April added in a quote retweet thread that dream didn’t supply the folder she asked for, so he didn’t supply everything they asked for like he states in the video
Tumblr media
Essentially: yeah, misleading and weird on both ends. I dont think this is really anything quantifiable, although dream talked about this in the video heavily.
Out of this though, Geo DID correct himself in the description of the mods’ video. Dream shows this in his own response, but it crops out some of what geo says. here’s from dream’s video
Tumblr media
that Update 2 is where he corrects himself. literally why the fuck would you crop it like this and put it in the video i mean this looks so weird and genuinely doesnt provide anything. Here’s what geo actually said
Tumblr media
Dream specifically cut it before the line where geo mentions how he said he deleted his specific 1.16 speedrun profile. This one is just so dumb to me. I’d say ‘why not include that’ but either i feel its a) so there’s no potential for people to say what he had actually said could be interpreted otherwise easily or b) doesnt want people to know he got so upset he deleted files (ego wise yknow). Again, I dont think this is definitive of anything but god. it feels scummy lmao
The Video: Incorrect Representation of His Own Report
Dream straight up doesnt present the report’s numbers properly. In fact it makes the entirety of his visuals forfeit, i.e. the gold block analogy that goes on for like 20 minutes.
The mods said his luck was 1/7.5 trillion. Dream’s report says its 1/10 million (with the addition of 5 other streams) or 1/100 million (only the 6 streams).
I’ll only consider the 1/10 mil odds, since its all dream really brings up. but Basically; there’s not much difference between 1/10 million and 1/7.5 trillion.
Dream says that the difference is 7.5 trillion minus 10 million, aka 7.4999 trillion. This is what his entire visual with the gold blocks is based on. This is absolutely incorrect, i cant stress that enough.
You can’t find the difference of fractions by subtracting only the denominators. Like. this is elementary school math. it just doesnt work.
It’d actually be calculated as: (1/10 000 000) - (1/7 500 000 000 000) = (74999/7 500 000 000 000)
If the mods are wrong, they’re only wrong by 749999/7.5 trillion. that’s literally only  0.000000099999866666667.
Dream no doubt saw the numbers, considered 10 million vs. 7.5 trillion, and used these big numbers to hold his own point. PROBABILITY DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT. I really think he was just taking advantage of the seemingly big numbers here and wrote it out in a way that favoured him. The gold block analogy in the video played throughout the entire video practically, jokes were made on it, and he made a point of it being ‘so big the game crashed’.
It’s just plain wrong. even so a difference in the odds doesnt prove shit. He’s downplaying his own odds that he found too. 1/10 million isnt a small number. Even though the legitimacy of that calculation is in question, it is still significant enough to proclaim he cheated.
Some quick points before I move onto the report; these aren’t as significant in my eyes but it adds to the picture
there’s been criticism of his joking manor throughout the entire video, very specifically the Bill Nye joke. Considering he doesnt actually have a name to provide for his astrophysicist, this joke doesnt feel right
the mod he had a voice clip from (willz) even believes that he cheated and has agreed with the mod team the whole time.
Dream never has a name for the mod who is apparently on his side (more understandable), the minecraft developer he quoted, or the astrophysicist (most damning)
Dream states that fabric is used by most speedrunners which is true, but fabric and fabric API are different; dream also had the latter installed. my knowledge of how theyre different is limited, all i really know is the API is what can enable editing of the code while fabric is more a modloader. im not entirely sure on this
Dream has said at the end of the video that all funds will go to the mod team so they can make a client that will regulate cheaters. this has been noted as feeling manipulative or like a ‘bribe’, but it definitely puts the mods in a bad position.
either they accept it and look like they ‘gave in’ to dream and therefore acknowledge him in the right
they deny it and look selfish/taking dream’s kindness for granted
geo said they would insist it goes to a charity instead
Dream constantly disregards the mods as young, inexperienced, ‘just volunteers’ etcetcetc, despite the fact that theyre analysis has been discussed by people with confirmed PhDs without much criticism
Dream’s Report
The report itself is extremely interesting, in that it’s very questionable, but even so it doesn’t come to the conclusion that dream didn’t cheat. The tone between the video and the report is drastically different.
This is from the “3. What are the goals of this document?” section:
Tumblr media
It essentially says this isnt intended, from the very beginning, to completely exonerate dream of cheating. Also note that the author says the mods’ report was mostly correct.
This is at the end of “9 Conclussions”:
Tumblr media
It does notably say cheating isnt the only explanation, but it doesnt actually go as far to say that it’s not possible that he cheated.
But this can be argued to not matter if we consider the validity of the report as a whole
Dream’s Report: Criticisms
Possibly the first and most known debunking of the report is by u/mfb on reddit, although there’s been much more such as this programmer criticizing the code provided at the end of the report (partially due to how the author of it stated that piglins barter 4-7 pearls, which is incorrect: it’s 4-8), Andrew Gelman, an actual statistician professor from harvard, commented on the original mods’ report as ‘impressive’ while Dream’s report is being regarded as something funny in the comments, and even analysis of dream’s behaviours and his argument by a law student
But what u/mfb posted is what i’ll focus on. Some background into the user; he’s a particle physicist, is moderator in subreddits like r/cosmology and r/astrophysics, he’s regarded as a reliable source on r/askscience and r/askreddit. Basically, multiple other people have vouched for him and before all this he had many posts in these fields.
that’s already better than the unnamed astrophysicist.
The post is better speaking for itself but here is a few exerpts from it;
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Essentially, the report’s methods are debunked by u/mfb-, alongside that a moderator of r/statistics regarded the report as ‘nonsensical in its application of statistics’ and linked to u/mfb-’s comment.
i’m going to end this here. Partially because severe backpain or whatever,.
but I want to say at this point its practically definitive that dream cheated, that he lied to us, and that he continues to do so. Much more could be said on his video such as his tone, intentions, the overt emphasis on the ‘biases’ of the mods.
I havent even mentioned that the ‘astrophysicist’ themself may be a scam; they are sourced from a website that is extremely sketchy, has no names attached to it, and was created less than a year ago (with practically no traffic on it until maybe a month ago).
But i hope this is coherent. I have interest in this so if theres questions im always open.

hi my man i got a prompt request for u if thats ok :) : modern au thranduil is gay and cant drive also he cant do math,,, we need stupid twink representation ;))))))
Thank you for this I need to write something light-hearted after my last prompt! I just want to let you know that I also cannot do maths and had to google the answer to this insanely easy maths problem. Also I can’t drive… because I don’t have a license.
So yah… read into that what you will!
This accidentally ended up being 2k+ words when it was meant to be shorter. Whoops!
---------
Tires screech followed by a crunch of metal colliding with metal.
A beat of silence before Bard cursed out loud from inside his car.
He'd been rear-ended and it sounded pretty bad, felt it too from the whiplash he was now suffering from being shoved forward by the impact.
Closing his eyes for a moment, Bard took a deep breath before removing his seat belt and climbing out of the car to speak with the other motorist.
Time slowed down for a moment as the most beautiful tall blond creature stepped out of their silver BMW and headed towards Bard looking almost sheepish at the damage to the rear bumper and tail lights.
Don't forgive him just because he's hot! Bard, don't forgive him just because he's hot. Just… don't do it. Boy, don't do it! His brain seemed to have sense but the brunet couldn't trust his mouth so remained silent as the blond approached still looking entirely horrified that he had caused such an incident.
"I'm so sorry…" The blond began, he was well-spoken and seemed genuine in his apology, though Bard wasn't sure he was taking in anything he said.
Clearing his throat Bard looked between his car and the others and sighed as though reluctant to say what he was going to propose to the other.
"I wasn't paying attention at all, and yes, I am well aware that I'm obviously a bad driver for that sole reason, but if you'd be so kind as to hear me out on this," He flipped his long blond hair over his shoulder as he spoke and Bard felt any hope for the situation slowly deflate and dissolve, he was just too in awe of the creature stood before him in a form-fitting grey suit and lavender shirt.... "Let's forget insurance companies and let me pay you for the damage outside of all that legal stuff, yes?"
Was he one of those millionaires that didn't seem bothered by any bill under 10,000?!
It was then that Bard realised the blond probably didn't have insurance. Out of frustration he rubbed at his brow his eyes closed hoping some semblance of sense could be gleaned from the man before him.
Though, really keeping the insurance companies out of this wasn't a bad idea. It could work out assuming this man gave him legitimate contact details.
"My name is Thranduil by the way. Let me… give you my number." He fumbled in his jacket pocket for something before eventually pulling out a phone, Bard followed suit and did the same, they exchanged contact info and Bard confirmed that once he had a price for the repairs he would call or text the blond.
He received a bright smile at this before Thranduil demurely said, "You know, if we hadn't met in such embarrassing circumstances I would have asked you out for a drink."
For a split second Bard was catapulted into a state of shock and he very nearly suggested they should do so anyway but he remembered he was meant to be picking the kids up from his ex-wife's apartment and all his sense and logic came flooding back.
You can't forgive him because he's hot, Bard! This is your brain speaking and you should really REALLY listen.
That was the end of that and Bard dismissed what Thranduil had said with an uneasy laugh before they parted ways.
When he finally made it to Mari's apartment he had to take a seat and explain what happened, and he was completely honest about it all. Even when he considered letting the handsome stranger take him out.
"Oh wow, you've had quite the afternoon then. Wish hot guys would crash into the back of me… wait… no, but still as Sigrid would say 'Big Mood'.
No idea if I'm even using that right." She dismissed her own words by giving a lacklustre flourish of her free hand, the other holding a take out coffee cup.
"He sounds like your type Bard, ya know, hot... and it wouldn't kill you to get out there and date even if he IS a dangerous driver. No one is perfect." Mari shrugged before taking a sip of her coffee. She seemed more understanding of the situation than he but it wasn't like her car had been banged up.
"Yeah… probably not gonna happen. He likely wanted to try and get out of paying for my car. Uh... where are the kids?"
"Not everyone is a skeevy loser trying to rob you, Bard. Kids are still at their swimming class, Jack will be home with them soon." Jack was Mari's husband, they met in Seattle while Mari was away on business, he was an all-round great guy and loved the kids. Bard had no problems with him. They’d shared a few beers and sometimes they talked sports, though Bard generally didn't have much to say on college football because they were in England and Jack hadn't realised that most people didn't care about American sports all that much.
"I suppose I'll hang around until they're back then. Oh… actually, I'll take the car to the garage and see if I can get a quote on how much the repairs will be."
Mari waved him off and he left without another word.
All in all the repairs wouldn't cost all that much. The bumper was heavily scratched and dented but some buffing and a paint job would fix that and the lights were easily replaced. It wouldn't be too expensive and Bard wondered if he should just forget about asking Thranduil to pay for it.
Instantly his brain whirred into gear.
Don't forgive him because he's hot!!!! He did this so he should pay! Don't let the hot man win!
Pulling out his phone Bard composed a text explaining the price of the repairs and that he'd be happy if he just gave him 60% of the bill.
Right away he received a reply.
[Guy That Wrecked My Car] No problem. But what is 60% of £300?
[Guy That Wrecked My Car] It's ok I'll Google it or something.
He's a dumbass that can't drive and can't do math… and, dammit, you think he's hot, Bard. Resist asking him out. RESIST.
[Guy That Wrecked My Car] Maths is so hard. I'm a busy man I don't have time to do this. Can't I just pay the whole £300 and you can buy me a drink or something and we can call it even?
For awhile Bard just blinked down at his phone, this man was clearly adamant in trying to take him out. Still, he knew he had to refuse…
Didn't he?
The phone began to ring and in his surprise Bard almost dropped the device, regaining his grip on it he answered the phone to hear the smooth voice of Thranduil floating through the speaker.
"Didn't you receive my message?"
"Yeah, sure did."
"Well?"
"Just pay me £180 and we're fine."
"What an odd figure to pull out of thin air." Came the annoyed response, Bard nearly hung up.
"Ah, sure, don't know why I even said that." Bard's reply drier than the desert but it went right over Thranduil's head who just huffed again down the phone.
"Well, let's meet up and I'll pay you. I assume cash is alright?"
Man, he sounded like a damn snob on the phone, much less apologetic than earlier and not as peppy as he was in his texts.
Something didn't seem right but Bard didn't really know this man well enough to confirm why so he shrugged it off and agreed on a time and gave him the address of the garage before disconnecting the call.
Weird guy…
When Thranduil showed up he was in an entirely different car than the one involved in the crash, and it took Bard a moment to realise, that in his haste to fix his own car, he hadn’t checked if the blond was ok or if his car had survived.
As he was approached by the beauty it was Bard’s turn to offer a slightly apologetic smile in greeting but it only caused the blond’s brows to knit together in confusion at the sudden tender gesture.
“I didn’t get to ask if you were alright earlier, you might have crashed into me but you still could have been injured on impact… I’m sorry that I didn’t check you or your car.” There was silence between them and for a second Bard believed that his statement may have been completely ignored until a dark pink blush bloomed over Thranduil’s cheeks and he looked away for a moment mumbling that he was fine and there was nothing to worry about.
“See, you say that but you’re in a different car and maybe you’re good at hiding your pain. I would feel better if you absolutely told me the truth. Are you ok?” He tried to offer what he believed to be a gentle smile as Thranduil looked back to him.
“My car was scratched but it remains in one piece and only requires paint to fix it. I am in good health, nothing hurt but my pride… I suppose.”
“Can’t handle crashing into someone and having to deal with it like an adult?” Bard joked he had hoped to coax a smile out of the blond but so far he remained stoic and he wondered if Thranduil had gotten into some trouble for the crash or was just having a really bad day that continued after their incident.
Either way, it didn’t sit well with Bard and he had no idea why.
It shouldn’t really matter to him if Thranduil was in good spirits or not, he was only really there to pay for the damage he had caused by being reckless while driving, whatever he had been doing to cause him to crash into a parked car… it must have been bloody well interesting.
“Strangely, not the reason for my bruised ego, I assure you.”
“It really should be why you’re so embarrassed, to be honest,” Bard muttered quietly as he accepted the cash and scowled when he counted out £300 rather than the agreed 60%- though, truthfully, Thranduil had not agreed to anything but to pay him.
“Do you really not know what 60% of £300 is?” He was counting the bills as he spoke but when he looked up he saw a faint blush creeping over the blond’s pale skin again and he guessed that maths really wasn’t this man’s strong point.
“Calculators were invented for a reason, you know.” Was all Thranduil said and Bard bit back a chuckle though he couldn’t quite hide his smile. Regardless of the way he spoke this man was quite adorable and he had to admit to his credit Thranduil did show up and pay the full amount, most people would have given fake details.
“You really don’t have to pay the full thing.”
“Let me do this, it’s bad enough you won’t let me take you out!” The blond fumed almost pouting like a petulant child over the fact he couldn’t persuade Bard to go out for a drink.
In his defence, he barely knew the guy but then again, getting a drink with him would mean talking and he would get to know him if they met up again. Did- did Thranduil was to take him out on a date that badly?
It wasn’t like Bard hadn’t been struggling to resist asking him out, he had been rendered speechless the second he saw him and even though they had spent a measly 15 minutes together in their entire lives… he did find him sweet.
Perhaps there would be no harm in grabbing coffee with him or a drink maybe even dinner?
Offering Thranduil a lopsided grin he threw his hands up as a gesture of ‘what the hell!’.
“Sure, let’s go out sometime. Coffee, dinner, whatever you want. You have my number let’s talk soon.” With that, he turned on his heel and headed back to the garage leaving a dazed Thranduil stood by his car brimming with excitement.
Mari was probably right.
Not everyone is a skeevy loser trying to rob you.
Sometimes they’re beautiful creatures who can’t drive and can’t do math who want to date you…

Linus’ Jury Answers + Closing Statement
Tumblr media
Sam
Hey Sam. For you're question all I can say is to make the jury want to vote me I was kind to everyone, and I think I did play a strategic game and physical game that could impress people. Even though I truly do despise Zak, during the game I wasn't rude to him (Until jury answers of course, I don't care what he has to say at this point), and everyone else I was friendly with, and thats why I was shocked to hear that Nic hates me and game completely aside after its all done I hope I can patch things up. I didn't do anything too much flashier than anyone else sitting next to me, but I really do think I was the strategic glue to the Stolkholme alliance and thats why people should want to vote me. If this isn't a good enough answer for you my favourite ice cream flavour is cookies and cream :) .
Jay
Thanks for the kind words man, I kinda needed to hear some positive right now <3
Nic
I've heard I offended you in some way, and Im sorry to say I really don't know what it is I did. I really didn't have anything against you, like, at all, in any way shape or form so I'm really hoping when this is all over we can patch things up :( . I'm really not an artist so don't judge my drawing too harshly on the look, but Ill give the description and hopefully the meaning will still be what matters.
Tumblr media
I drew each of these pictures for everyone to show how I saw people in this game, and my perspective of them  in and out of the game (Out of game only if I've met them elsewhere).
Jordan: I drew Jordan as a firecracker because he was so explosive and crazy in this game. You never knew what he was going to do, but he was always ready to blow and completely try and change things up so thats why I thought this was the perfect picture for him.
Ashley: Ashley is just downright one of the sweetest people I've met in the org community, so thats why I had to draw a birthday cake. She brings joy to the people in the game with her and she is super kind and can always make your day better :) .
Josh: Now, I drew Josh as a rat. Not just any rat though, the rat from the story of the Chinese Zodiac. In the story, the animals all had a race to determine the order of the years of the zodiak. The rat wasn't the fastest animal by any means, but he was one of the most clever. Unknown to all the other animals the rat was able to climb up onto the ox's (Who was the fastest animal) head. The Ox was in a huge lead most of the race, but the rat right at the end came out of hiding and jumped right ahead of the ox with a second to go winning the rat the the very first year of the calender. Thats how I've always seen Josh. He isn't particuarily an agressive player, but he is super utr and can go unseen to come out ahead right at the end. This almost happened in the first game we played together, and I have a feeling had his alliance ended up on the right side of the numbers in this game the exact same thing could have happened since 0 eyes were on Josh this entire time, but he was still liked and strategic enough to come out of nowhere and possibly take the gold if he had gotten near the end.
Zak: Crazy soccer mom, see my response to Zak's jury speech and it's self explainatory.
Jay: I see Jay as a knight in shining armor to his allies. He was the one who when karlskoga started to divide he kept it all together. Jay was the one trying to be as loyal as possible, and as I saw in my short time in the Athena series he will fight to the death for the people he considers his allies, so a valent knight was perfect for him.
Nic: I've told you before Nic and I'll say it again, I saw you as the ultimate underdog in this game who kept managing to pull through and get further. The odds were against you at almost every step of the way but you kept trudging through in order to get just a bit further, and I have massive respect for that. So, for you I have drawn a picture of the childrens story The Tortoise and the Hare. The Tortoise is probably one of the most wellknown underdogs in all of literature, so thats why I thought this was fitting for how I saw you in the game as you were able to defy the odds time after time.
Drew: Drew I saw as Superman in this game. He was one of the only people who could do better than me in many challenges, he had won this before and hew as the person I looked upto, he was smart and hyper loyal. He was easily one of the biggest heroes of the season always being honest with people (IE the Ashley vote) when he voted them out. I definitely put him on a pedistal throughout the game, and thats why even if maybe he wasn't the biggest threat I thought it crazy that anyone could beat him at the end, and thats why I have drawn him a picture of superman.
Duncan: It's probably impossible to tell because I suck at drawing, but this is a picture of former US President Bill Clinton. My impression of Duncan was always that of a politian. He was insanely charismatic, and had easily the best social game out of everyone as far as I could tell. I also felt to an extent though he was playing every side. I couldn't tell if this was because he was like me and didn't want to hurt anyones feelings, or if he was a bit of a schemer. Either way Clinton was also a little bit of a liar with the whole perjury thing, but also the most charismatic leader in recent US history netting one of the highest approval ratings of any president in history.
Sam: For Sam I gave a bit of a personal drawing. The person in my picture is someone I went to highschool with named James. James was in my math class, but we also had a lot of the same friends. For whatever reason though James and I just never talked to much, possibly because I think we were both very shy people :( . I did really want to be friends with him, and thats why this applies to this game, Sam and why I drew this picture for her. Sam was someone I really thought was cool the few times we did talk, and one of my bigger regrets was not getting to know her better much like with James.
Zakriah
I've never actively disliked someone in this community except for you. You inside this game and outside have been a complete asshole to me for zero reason, and the reason I blocked you wasn't because of your jury speech, I had long been planning to after this season was over so I would never have to hear from or talk to you again. You're a self righteous prick who can't even see the irony in calling me a bad person when you have wished I would die in a terrorist attack and repeatedly done nothing but be rude and disrespectful. I don't respect you as a person, so this answer is strictly for anyone else who was wondering the same thing. I said that I was going to drop at f4 because it to some extent was going to take a target off me. Tim in bbcan4 did a similar thing iirc, and Drew here did something similar as well.  I understand this could lose me jury votes since my social game was already criticized (And understandably so, I understand where I went wrong in some peoples eyes), but I'm not going to just back down and suck the school bullies dick to hope to do slightly better in some online game. I hope one day you can get over yourself. Goodbye forever...
Jordan
Hey Jordan! Thanks for the question and this was something I actually am really disappointed with how I went about the event that went down, so if you hold it against me from a jury perspective I totally understand, but I'd like to explain my thought process. When you made the offer I was genuinely going to consider it like I told you. After we hung up and I went back on the other call the jig was basically up instantly since we like, left at the exact same time and I got asked if I was talking to you. What I'd wish I did here was tell you before we hung up that if asked, I was going to say you spoke to me, but act like it was just out of the question that I could ever turn. Now, the problem is obviously I didn't tell you before I hung up, so I figured I'd shoot you a message that that would be what I was going to do, but Josh had sent his message first and then you got back on the call and the whole ordeal went down. I was actually still going to consider it and tell you the next day that my mind was made up that I couldn't just flip on my allies, however I heard you were talking to Sarah and the Linus flipping plan was down the drain in your eyes already so rip. The intention wasn't to sell you out, but my execution was a bit flawed. If you still think really poorly of that situation, well shit happens right and I was still glad to play with you, but hopefully you can understand a bit better my thought process. I figured I would message you before a confrontation to explain what I was doing since I got called out quickly, but that just didn't happen in time.
Josh
Like with Jay thanks for the kind words, it's always fun playing with you :)
Drew
I know you didn't ask me anything, but I want to take this chance just to talk to you since we couldn't until now. It means a ton that you would still like to be friends after the game because that was stressing me out non stop after your boot. The truth of the matter is although I do lie decent amount, to close allies I play this game with my heart completely on my sleeve. This isn't the first time this has happened to me where I've won f4 immunity and told a close ally I would keep them. The reason for this is easily my biggest strategic fault, people I've made close bonds with it kills me inside to vote, and I just don't want anyone to hate me and Im too much of a coward to tell a friend to their face that Im voting them out. The anxiety about making someone hate me makes me too scared to say anything, and that (One other time in particular) has completely ruined the friendship in the long run. This form of self sabotage is easily what I would describe as my biggest fault in the game where I want to play to win, but I also cant bear to hurt anyone I care abouts feelings, which just makes everything worse when I panic and don't warn them. It means so much that you prefaced this with that you still want to be friends because my real worry after this was that you would never want to talk to me again and I instantly regretted the move from an emotional standpoint way more than any strategic one. Thanks for not letting this effect our friendship.
Closing Statement
As crazy a ride as this has been, and whatever the outcome I truly am glad I got to meet and play with the people in this game. Im glad I finally got to play another game with Ned as well, and even though this has probably been stated enough already, after the game I hope I can patch things up with anyone who I have got on the nerves of. I really think I have played a strong game, and I hope you will at least consider voting me, however no hard feelings obviously either way. See everyone at the end <3
