made a pot of orzo e fagioli that tastes so good...
#simmered for 4 hours and it's sooooo good#granted. also dropped a cotechino in there because customers bring stuff to my parents#and i'm not making sauerkraut just to clean out the fridge#but regardless of pork. the texture is soooooo!!!! love peasant food so much#.txt
