If there was something you said or did you realize now was a mistake or not the best course of action, the nicer and more right way to handle it is to actively own up to it, apologize, and make clear you understand why you shouldn't have done that (taking accountability). Rather than just deleting the post. It makes you look like you're more concerned being seen as right all the time and you'd rather hide it when you've done something you don't like anymore so you appear perfect and like you already know everything there is to know. Just some advice. It encourages others to do the same and deescalate situations.
I get why people are mad at me. But I wasn't trying to be in bad faith, even if it doesn't look like it. I went in too hot and didn't settle down. I'll make a post in the future clarifying what I mean or at least am trying to mean. I'm sorry that I was a bit rough and pointed with my messaging here, mostly because some people went really hard on me right after as well, so I had my guard up and not really thinking it fully through, especially after I saw some really weird Iscariot/Catholic apologia. So I painted a flawed conclusion. I probably should say that I've been in touch with Millennium accounts that follow me and some I follow and they've been getting a lot of mobbing in ask boxes from anons and just trying to stay in the fandom and not step on people's toes or come off as suspicious when really they're not bad people. I was just really, really mad. I could've come off at least a tad bit calmer or well put together, which some of the posts were. But this time around I'll try to be a bit more careful.
Now to really give my full side of the story to try and make people understand, from my POV, in a calmer way, I just saw people vague posting about Millennium accounts and not calling out individuals like people did for Louieseemsgay and their really bad posts "joking" about shooting up a school because a teacher talked to their students about how LGBTQ+ people exist and for some fucking reason the vast majority of people in this fandom still haven't blocked that person. That really pissed me off. As somebody that does their homework, even if it's half-assed, I try to put the effort into giving credit to people with good works and try to uplift lesser-known accounts that I like in this fandom, along with good unique content, believe it or not is pretty goddamn hard. In other words, I'm passionate about this fandom because it has SUCH cool people in it.
Also, I was multitasking with trying to stop a Hans Gunsche mun from having a panic attack while doing college work, so this may be all over the place.

(my good pal @non-bunnary recently simmed a couple of his OC’s, and at his encouragement I did the same thing to my Hellsing OC from an old fanfic)
Ulrica Gunsche is a Werewolf who has been in the employ of the Hellsing Organization since Integra and her adopted sister Silvia (also a Werewolf), were children. She has an older brother, Hans, but she hasn’t seen him since he fell under the control of Millennium.
Currently she acts as Sir Integra’s official bodyguard and is very protective of both her and her sister.
(Silvia is another OC and belongs to @sunnidaydreamer)

The battle to finish in the Bundesliga’s top four will come to a head on Saturday when fourth-placed Borussia Dortmund host third-placed Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

Venue: Signal-Iduna-Park Referee: M. Schmidt Assistants: C. Gunsch, M. Emmer Fourth official: C. Bandurski
Head-to-head summary
TEAM MATCHES WIN DRAW LOSS Dortmund 77 28 22 27 Leverkusen 77 27 22 28
Previous encounter
Leverkusen 1-1 Dortmund 02/12/17 (Bundesliga)
Leverkusen goalscorers: K. Volland (30′) Dortmund goalscorers: A. Yarmolenko (73′)
Players to watch
With Michy Batshuayi out of action, Dortmund will be hoping the likes of Maximilian Philipp and Andriy Yarmolenko will pick up the slack in the goal-scoring department, while young striker Alexander Isak may be given a rare start.
Leverkusen will be looking to Kevin Volland, Leon Bailey, and Julian Brandt to continue their goalscoring form. The trio have scored 37 goals between them in all competitions, while providing 17 assists.
Team form and manager quotes
The BVB have been struggling for consistency in their recent fixtures and will need to bounce back quickly after suffering a derby defeat at the hands of FC Schalke, who beat them 2-0 last weekend.
Peter Stoger’s side beat Eintracht Frankfurt and Hannover 96 but were then handed a humbling 6-0 thrashing at the hands of Bayern Munich. They recovered with a 3-0 win over Stuttgart, but came up short at Schalke, which saw them drop to fourth in the standings.
“We have these four games left. It’s about [qualifying for] the Champions League and focusing on that – not on individuals,” Stoger told the press ahead of the game.
“The club has time to react. I’m not making any pressure, not making any stress. If we get to the Champions League everything is fine, regardless of how it continues.”
Meanwhile, Leverkusen will be hoping to put their 6-2 DFB-Pokal semi-final defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday behind them by claiming three points at Dortmund.
Prior to the cup defeat, Die Werkself were on a good run of form which saw them beat RB Leipzig 4-1 before seeing off Frankfurt by the same scoreline in their most recent Bundesliga outing.
Speaking after the heavy defeat to Bayern in the cup, Leverkusen manager Heiko Herrlich stated: “They really smashed us today, it hurts, it annoys me. Bayern have the quality, they were very efficient. They became ecstatic, it’s impressive that they don’t ease off. They have this hunger, this greed.”
Dortmund and Leverkusen are level on points, four adrift second-placed Schalke, but it’s the latter who have a superior goal difference heading into the game.
