man i couldn’t get to sleep for the longest time last night and i woke up in the middle of the night from nightmares… not actually sure what they were about but i woke up in a cold sweat with that sense of anxiety/dread. which is so weird because neither of those things tend to happen to me nowadays

#-0/10 experience would not recommend #shark speaks #but seriously i have pretty fucking great sleep hygiene imo #and while i do dream more lately i hardly remember them and they’re more just typical dream stuff #i just feel a little guilty bc iy messed w my morning routine. so everything i have to do in the morning is now an afternoon thing #and i already don’t have a lot of free time then.#anyways #good morning! i hope today will be a good oen
