Brain swings violently between "I need to hurt someone" and "I need someone to hurt me" I'm so glad I won't be home tomorrow because holy shit
#one day i'll snap and i'd prefer not to snap at my family they have their own struggles#god#i feel so bad about the fact that last time i was fighting the urge to strangle someone i almost attacked someone who was trying to help#and they dont know to this day that i was shaking and biting my hands and arms and fingers because i was trying not to. ugh.#but thankfully it hardly ever gets that intense its usually intrusive thoughts and urge to do weird stuff with my tongue#at least tomorrow i can let go for once
