#i am stressed and this is not good its summer i should chill#but theres homework and compulsory reading and recovery and digestive pain and everything is stressful#i am worried abt so many things which isnt new but still not good#btw im ok these are just the usual worries and im writing this to procrastinate on a phone call#i dont want that phone call#i have to call the coach guy but i think he doesnt rly understand that i have issues with exercise addiction#last time i met him he told me i slowly need to start exercising again as im gaining weight bc ive started gaining#and he didnt understand what i was trying to say#i told him how i did exactly that a year ago and ended up becoming an ortho gymbro which was definitely still very disordered#and i wont do that again. i can start exercise whenever i want to. there is no need to rush!!#but i feel like he would judge me so idk. im scared. i rly hate being judged
