would b rly nice & awesome if I was like. capable of making & keeping friends & they didn't keep running off or overreacting at the first mention of "hey. maybe you're not treating me so great."

#idk like. I'm giving him time to actually listen to what i have to say & actually think ab it #but he talked all this big game ab deconstructing his masculinity #& hating domination in all it's forms #but when presented with the idea that maybe he hasnt fully done that & is purposefully avoiding being vulnerable w/ us #bc it makes him feel stronger or w/e #his response was basically just. “im not sure i do that #“i think i live honestly #“ig ill think ab it”#& when i said “im ur friend & want to get closer to you & im being vulnerable to say so”#his response was literally “i am satisfied with our friendship”#WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??#does that mean 'im satisfied with the exact level of our friendship & do not want or need it to get deeper'#(sucks but at least hes communicated with us & we can all approach it evenly)#or does it mean 'im satisfied with the way our friendship is developing & am open to it getting deeper as well'#(which would be nice)#or some secret third option????#but unfortunately he DOESNT COMMUNICATE #just getting kinda tired of not just openly talking & communicating & having to stumble around in the dark bc he doesnt just wanna speak-#-vulnerably with his chest #esp when he tells me to read a book thats basically 60% like 'dont do that'#WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME MAN???#id rly love to believe that just once cis men can be cool & fun & grow & learn & change & show vulnerability at the v least when asked.#fruitpost #🍀
