Keep in mind this apartment building is my dollhouse, and I therefore protect the dolls within. Do not "ship" others with Duet or Saccharin please, thank you. We do not tolerate purity culture here, and we sometimes discuss religious trauma (negative experiences with C/atholicism). Keep in mind this is a "selfshipping blog", so, as much as Lee likes discussing OC and world design, he'll mostly be gushing over his "gummymates". I'll never understand this new modern lingo.

he might seem dry at most times but then he just was honest, genuine and sounded….soft

he tells you how he doesn´t like you since it´s so much more than that, he likes Yuuji and Nobara, but not you. he feels so much more for you

it actually scares him since you´re always on his mind and he´s scared to lose focus on a mission

your smile really makes him stop functioning for a second and, no offense, he looks kinda dumb

his eyes just go wide and his mouth hangs open like: what??? 

you actually like him back? so Nobara really didn´t prank him?

when you ask him why he didn´t say yes to the date then, he blushes in embarrassment

Megumi seems like the type to mind PDA, but he really doesn´t

he´s just annoyed and embarrassed by the comments his friends make about it

A/N: I´ve had this idea for a while now and didn´t know how to put this in a drabble so have this

Your first time meeting his department:

his district is very different from the others, so from the get go he´s in panic mode

of course he will never show you

it´s nothing against anyone, he´s just super embarrassed 

tries to keep you from seeing how things are done there

but he just can´t say no to you, especially not after you´ve been so persistent in asking him to visit him

you even went out of your way to get gifts for everyone

Beni warned you about everyone in advance so that you wouldn´t be as shocked, that was your advantage to get perfect gifts for everyone

inside his mind he´s really all: fuckfuckfuck I hope they don´t think I´m a weirdo…I hope they aren´t scared etc.

on the outside you wouldn´t notice anything

at first Beni really rushed through with you, trying to get you to his house as fast as possible, without anyone interfering

of course disaster already starts then and there

there´s an infernal nearby and he has to get to work

he will rush you to the base since it´s the safest place there 

there you meet Konro for the first time as he will watch out for you

Beni thinks nothing of this since he basically assigned him, he didn´t tell him who you were either

in fact he kept your whole relationship a secret from everyone because he didn´t want to crush your expectations of him being the perfect man

however Konro can see right through it

of course he can, he´s really nice though, treats you to some tea and cake 

and tells you embarrassing stories about when Benimaru was a child (and adult, let´s be honest)

you two laugh a lot and right before the action starts, he takes you with him to watch Beni

Benimaru forbade you to come since he didn´t want you to get caught up in it (also he didn´t want you to be shocked and disgusted since, well, the 7th does things  a lot differently)

but once you see him, it´s just like you´ve fallen for him all over again

why would he want to keep this from you? it´s beautiful

the people immediately make you feel at home as you start cheering for him too

once it´s over, he apologizes to you, but not for practically keeping you from his family, but for you having to see this

then you have a talk about how beautiful you found it and how he has nothing to hide, how you want to be with him and not a pretend version

because to you he´s already perfect

needless to say he´s more than relieved to hear that

cue: Beni´s true self comes out

he´s more relaxed and laughs more and finally introduces you to everyone

the twins give you a lot of compliments and threats at the same time but in the end the compliments overweigh

you´re the only person they´re nice to

they actually love you more than they will show

even the citizens will give you gifts when you´re around

it´s like you found your own little family too
