My Elec does in fact enjoy a good fight. Fire isn’t as into fighting as Elec is- but is a surprisingly good at it-so they end up sparing a lot for fun. Fire also revels in the time after the fight, where they spend a long time helping repair each other in close quarters. A win-win for both of them✨

In terms of wins, Elec often holds the lead, but he usually comes out of it with a malfunctioning limb. Having stronger armor, Fire usually looks fine for the most part.

As a gift..here's a fun fact. Fire looves watching Elec work and focus on something. It's one of the few times where Elec zones out and isn't processing everything around him. Fire enjoys helping Elec reach states like that, and being there for them.

And Fire doesn't realize it, but Elec constantly keeps an eye on him as well.

Hydroman my lil hydroponics robot...He's a bit quiet but very good at his job.

Hydro man was the first in his line, he feels a lot of responsibility put on him because of that. He's surprisingly good at leading the others when the time comes.

Hydro has phobia of other doctors due to the events of the classic series. This phobia is shown by him becoming very mute and responding bluntly

Hydro love plants and kids. He says his 2nd favorite types of days at the garden are when field trips come to visit. His #1 favorite days are when his doctor comes to visit.

Hydro's doctor is a bit of recluse and doesn't leave his house often.

why do you ship Fire and Elec? Not angry, just wanna hear your arguments, you could might as well convince me to get me into it!

Ehehheehehhhe a great question!

So to be entirely honest, it all started cuz I really liked this one artists work of them lol. They just drew them really well and I found myself getting really attached!

After I started to get more interested in the lore of mm and everything though, I started to think a bit more about their characters and how they play into the story.

I have a deep fondness for couples who just find a lot of comfort in each other. Like when all is said and done, your arms are the ones I want to rest in. (Cries)

I write a lot about them learning new parts of what it means to be a robot through each other. It’s a journey they end up going on together, they face the woes and joys of it all together. I like to write them as bots who enjoy learning about the world around them and are considerate of opinions that they may have not thought of.

Fire learns a lot about the bigger world around him, while Elec grows to appreciate the smaller aspects that might go overlooked. Fire is good at noticing smaller reactions and feelings in his fellow bots while elec does better with big picture thinking.

(This leads fire to not consider the larger scale of his actions and Elec to lose sight of what means the most to him personally)

However, together, they combine and cover each others bases well. This also is what leads them to hold each other in such high regard. They each have their faults but they help each other cover for them.

To each of them, they think a lot about robot society as a whole and where it may go with there being as many of them as there are. Secretly, Fire and Elec have a mutual desire to make their own place in the world…it sounds a bit scary, but as long as they’re together it will be anything but.

Art related question- how DO you render so softly? do you have a specific process or do you fuck it we ball. I'd genuinely love to hear your process when it comes to shading and lighting.

Hellooo! Sorry this took me so long to reply to but I think I finally have a good example I can use to explain my process a bit :3 (it’s fireman)

Things I couldn’t fit:

-when trying to blend colors, I just use the same brush but apply a very small amount of pressure, kind of like how you would blend color pencils.

- Shading and lighting are nothing without understanding forms! Studying cloth wrinkles helped me a looot.

-gradients are super helpful!! Light doesn’t hit an entire object perfectly most of the time, this usually helps portray that.

Small headcanons for Cut!! (gonna answer some of these since I don't think I'll get around to any comics anytime soon

Cut is very laidback. He enjoys making jokes and spends a lot of his time hanging out with Rock. The two of them are really close and confide in each other a lot.

The robot he's most similar to in the 1st group is Fire.

Cut likes to make fun of the more shy or serious robots (Rock, Bomb and Elec...etc) all in good fun of course.

Cut is often seen as a bit of an annoyance/affectionate by the others, but they all love him a lot. The house is always a lot more quiet when Cut is out for the day.

I like to imagine Cut's personality was framed around the idea of a "friend".

The best part about Classic Megaman basically giving no personality or story to the robot masters means you can do whatever you want with them besides what little they give in supplementary material
