I hate the way Cameron gets to casually touch Harvey.

No one on the show gets to touch him so thoughtlessly. Except for that bastard and ARGH. It's like an abomination of what a friendly touch is supposed to be. And I'm not talking about outright sexual touches like Scottie etc. I'm talking about these entitled shoulder touches. If we run along with the headcanon that these two had a very intimate, unprofessional relationship which Cameron abused... then it's just so insane that Cameron still gets to touch Harvey and there's nothing he can do to stop his old mentor without giving away too much.

Of course Donna gets to touch Harvey in intimate ways later on in the show because they're literally together but in the earlier seasons it's such a stark difference to all the other people in his life. Jessica is also his mentor, clearly the better one, and she almost never touches him (I don't even remember an instance except for when Jessica left and they hugged). Mike gets to fist bump him, but only after clearly having to ask for it and Harvey gave in. Louis gets to hug him after almost dying! Harvey touching others is close to sacred and that bastard Cameron gets to just take it.

I just hate Cameron so much. What an interesting relationship between those two (that I despise).
