Carabinieri morti nel Salernitano, positiva ad alcol e cocaina la 31enne alla guida dell’auto. È risultata positiva ai test su alcol e droga (cocaina) la 31enne che era alla guida del Suv che, nella serata di sabato, ha travolto l'auto di servizio su cui viaggiavano i tre carabinieri, tra Eboli e Campagna (Salerno).  Nell'incidente hanno perso la vita il maresciallo Francesco Pastore (25 anni) e l'appuntato scelto Francesco Ferraro, di 27 anni, entrambi di origini pugliesi. Un terzo carabiniere, il maresciallo 29enne Paolo Volpe, è rimasto gravemente ferito. La donna, che era a bordo dell’auto insieme ad una 18enne, ha colpito anche una seconda vettura, ferendo una quarta persona, un uomo di 75 anni, che è stato trasportato all’ospedale Cardelli di Napoli, in prognosi riservata. La 31enne di Campagna che era alla guida del Suv, rimasta ferita insieme alla passeggera di 18 anni, è stata trasferita in ospedale ed è risultata positiva ai test su alcol e la cocaina. Per questo secondo esame, però, la positività deve essere confermata da un controesame. La donna, con precedenti, era da poco tornata in libertà dopo una condanna per traffico di droga. Già nota alla Procura e alle forze dell'ordine, infatti, nel 2019 era stata coinvolta in un traffico di droga, insieme ad altri familiari. Una rete criminale che li univa alla 'ndrangheta e che ha visto poi molte condanne, tra cui una a 3 anni per lei. Secondo quanto ricostruito dalla polizia stradale, i carabinieri stavano attraversando un incrocio svoltando a sinistra, quando la Range Rover guidata dalla 31enne, proveniente dal versante opposto, li ha centrati in pieno. Sulla vicenda sono intervenute anche le più alte cariche dello Stato per esprime la propria vicinanza. Il Presidente Sergio Mattarella ha parlato di «grande tristezza». A poche ore di distanza dall’incidente, sul luogo della tragedia fiori e messaggi. 'Andrew Scott's suits can do a lot. Whether its all-white two-pieces from Valentino or sexy tie-front shirts from Lanvin, the Irish actor loves to experiment – but it still always looks kinda classic and wearable. And at the Los Angeles premiere for Ripley yesterday, he doubled-down on this with a very nice green suit by an independent label that, frankly, we want you to know about.

Founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Gerardo Cavaliere and Margherita Cardelli, Giuliva Heritage is all about honouring traditional Neapolitan tailoring (which, historically, is one of the big tailoring capitals). But to amp it up a little, the label likes to add a bit of Mediterranean rizz. Its designs are all nice and clean, but they're also fitted with a lot of sick details throughout like rounder-than-usual shoulders and big, neat pockets – both of which played a leading role in Scott's double-breasted fit.

But it was the lapels that really made everything bang. As the key part of the suit (called ‘the David’ on the Giuliva Heritage site, by the way), it's put your usual shawl collar but on a strong course of steroids. Where Giorgio Armani likes to go elegant and long, and Zegna likes to fang out with some angular peak lapels, this suit has supersized the lapels. And it works.

Because, ultimately, this is an easy in to the age of red carpet weird. The fits are enormous. The designers are getting left-field. But by taking something recognisable and classic – the shawl collar – and amping it up, here's a cheat code. You can do traditional and punchy at the same time. A madness!

Elsewhere, Scott jumped into some matching trousers and a pair of black leather loafers, complete with tassels and brogue detailing. And he finished off the fit by ditching the old school dress shirt and going for an all-white vest instead (another new way to red carpet). It's serious enough for a big Hollywood premiere, without being overly serious.

And there's good news: the Giuliva Heritage The David is available now. Like Andrew Scott, your big lapel bulking season starts now.'
