She's come a long way and I'm proud of her. There was a point in her life when she had no, desire, drive, inspiration, or motivation to eat right or work out and now look at her. Decided to remain transparent. My goal for the month of January was to lose 10 Lbs in route to my yearly goal. Drum Roll!!!!!!! I have officially loss 12lbs with 10 days to go. There is no reason to ease up now. The 100 day challenge has helped keep me remain focused.
