Good news bad news. The good news is the bees left the pipe and bonded with the new queen. The bad news is that after removing the #hive we saw another hive (with a queen) below the first hive. The #beekeeper is coming back tomorrow to take apart the pipe and save the other queen and the rest of the bees. If you could share the link in my profile that would be great.
