Ok, so I don’t know if anyone remembers how I briefly spoke about how I wanted to make a Scott Pilgrim au with Abe as Scott Pilgrim, Cleo as Ramona Flowers, and Joan as Knives Chau, but then said I wasn’t sure if it was going to go through with it since there aren’t enough CH characters that I can pair roles that with fit SPVTW characters.

Then, I had a silly little idea where Joan could be Scott Pilgrim and JFK could be Ramona Flowers…. but expect it wouldn’t necessarily be an au but more of a concept? Like Joan falls in love with JFK, but oooh wooow JFK dated a lot of people, so she has to fight all his evil exes blah blah blah who try to interfere and control JFK’s love life, making Joan their primary target.

If I ever try to make this a thing, I’d try to pair Cleo, Abe, and Gandhi with SPVTW roles.

Of course, this au would mix of the lessons of SPVTW, like not to be afraid of getting your ass royally kicked, coming to terms with your past mistakes to help you grow as a person. A lesson I could come up with for CH, like, I suppose being determined to fight for someone you love no matter what and discovering yourself with someone new and unique and ultimately helping you become a better person. Just like in Scott Pilgrim.
