Here is my brand new witch cosplay based on the art for Sailor Neptune by @kuttysark_art ❤️ I was really excited to do this cosplay since I hadn’t seen it done yet and I really wanted to try my hand at the challenge of the clear hat. I’m so happy with how it came out and I filmed a tutorial on how I made it that I am currently editing.
