Presentation script preparation
Since I have been working on the overall presentation structure setup and design I have also created short script suggestion for each slide and divided slides based on team members personal wishes and project parts that are relevant to which part they worked on the most during the project process. Working on the concept video
Today we have created a written script for voiceover recording that will be used in the video. After the recordings were recorded and done I have begun adding video clips and sound to the video project timeline

User test
During the user test, we have been testing and asking nurse questions about the phase UI 1 design, physical pager design and its UI. We have discovered few things that we were missing such as a function to quickly send an emergency signal from the pager or include a camera for scans of medications (code). We had clarified few details regarding the information and information structure in the interface as well (for example the way how rooms with more beds are numbered or that toilets have room number as well. The nurse was very positive about all the functions and mentioned that she would really wish it would come out. She liked the transfer function, mentioning that that would be really handy as well as EPIC medical information in the pager or including patients names. She also mentioned that having camera could also make their process easier since sometimes they have to take pictures to for example follow the progress of healing of wounds. Now they have to either use their mobile phone or ask a medical photographer to come and take a picture.

Preparing for user tests
Today we were going through the designs of interface for both computer UI for phase 1 and pager UI for phase 2 again to discuss and iterate some details. We have printed the screens and tested them on our 3D prototype and we have also been using a phone to test the UI on screen. Unfortunately, one of our user tests today was canceled due to the illness. We should have one more tomorrow, hopefully, this one will not get canceled.

Assessing the scale for notifications in fall prevention project design
After having some unclarity in the design decision we have made for the notification scale I had to go back to the initial idea and assess why exactly we have introduced the scale and initially what it was supposed to do. Some things got lost along the way as we progressed but also new information and understanding emerged and we realized that we were mixing two things together that would lead to too much conclusion. We had to very simplify something that in code and algorithm is very complex (behavioral movement patterns and the kinematic parameters relevant to fall risk assessment). Eventually, we have realized that there is no need to show okay state on a scale and that the scale we initially thought of was not understandable. We had changed it into simple sensitivity adjustment scale: meaning that with higher sensitivity system would send more notifications, while in low sensitivity it would only send notifications for behaviors and patterns of behavior with the higher likeliness of occurring fall. This way nurse can adjust the notification for every patient separately, depending on their state and fall risk.

Brainstorming session for all phases
During the brainstorming, we have noted both feasible and crazy ideas. For the phase 2 we have used body silhouette to help us think about strategic placement for a device that does not restrain nurse from doing her job but on the other hand is always at reach when needed. The hygienical restrictions by the hospital were also considered as some regulations, for example, forbid anything to be worn around the wrist due to the fact that it can harm patient, cant be properly disinfected and therefore can help to transmit infections.
