i’m so unmotivated to do any of my work, but then when i don’t do the work i get stressed an anxious about not doing the work which makes me want to do it, but that stress and anxiety shuts me down so that i physically feel like i can’t do the work, and then i’m unmotivated again. its like a fucked up not-so-positive feedback loop of progressively bad grades and mental illness
#and now my moms getting more and more mad at me as i do worse in school#if i try to explain to her i'll end up back in therapy which i really don't want#and she's threatening to take away my computer and phone#which are basically the only two things that really help my anxiety#because they connect me to my friends and let me get lost in tv shows and not have to worry about other shit#why am i like this#cloudy.txt#rantings
