Hello, this is a (rather long, sorry) introduction post in the small off-chance that someone wants to talk with me, but wants to know more about me before interacting.

Basics:

- Male

- He/him/el

- 20

- Mexican-American, Native American (Otomi)

- Somewhere between aromantic and heterosexual.

- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, can talk a little in French and some very basic Italian.

I have a wide variety of interests, both conventional (e.g. popular fandoms) and unconventional (e.g. specific scientific and historical topics). I am here however to mostly read and enjoy people’s fan works though, so I won’t talk about them unless prompted to do so.

If I’m feeling brave I might post some of my own work I’ve come up with over the years, but my ideas are really personal to me and I’m really insecure so I can’t guarantee bringing anything of worth to the Tumblr community.

I’m willing to discuss many topics with others, except for the following:

- Drama in a community, because I don’t need more stress in my life. Exceptions can apply.

- Political topics, because I don’t need more stress in my life and because I’m not very well educated on many topics, so I can’t make informed opinions. Exceptions can apply.

- NSFW/T topics and content, because I’m not interested in talking about that kind of stuff, even with internet strangers. I’d be hard pressed to find an exception.

I’d also prefer not to talk with minors. While I won’t panic about it, I will limit the topics I’m willing to discuss and how long I’m willing to interact with a minor.

When talking, I aim to be kind and truthful, perhaps even helpful. It is a high standard, even for me and especially in any possible disagreements, but if you and I are unable to meet at least one, preferably two, of these criteria, then it is best that we do not interact.
