Inarizaki's manager having a crush on someone on the rival team

So as the Inarizaki manager, the team treat you like a little princess. They couldn't imagine you hurting you, and would literally just about drop everything if you ever needed help.

At first they're all just like "yk what, maybe it's just because we like her in a sisterly way? Maybe that's why we're so protective and affectionate with her??" *Cue nervous laughter*

Until they can barely suppress the urge to kiss you when they realize you've started wearing a different lip gloss.

Or how they just want to hold your hand whenever you make those cute little sweater paws.

I can low-key just see Atsumu in massive denial and Osamu quietly thinking "so this is what a crush is like?"

Kita would probably try to keep it low-key but he just thinks you're so extremely perfect in every way??

Aran and Akagi wouldn't treat you any different after realising, but they're definitely a little more high strung.

And Suna's fingers would linger a little bit longer over your chat, desperately wanting to continue the conversation, or make you smile. He catches himself calling you beautiful every single time he sees you, these days.

In conclusion, they're in love, your honour.

So as you can imagine, they're extremely protective of you whenever you have practice matches or camps with other teams.

Like yes, you're just a genuine wholesome queen, but they kinda wish all your attention was on them instead of sharing with their rivals.

Like omg y/n-san we won for you?? Give us hugs and congratulate us?? You don't have to comfort the losing team, they lost anyways, grrrr.

I can also highkey bet they have a schedule of who keeps you company at all times, just to avoid unnecessary attention from any of the other teams who might notice their precious y/n-chan.

So one day, during a training camp with Itachiyama, Tsumu was like “Hey y/n, do you have a crush on anyone?”

And he's shocked to see you blushing furiously and stuttering out a soft "maybe".

His heart obviously skips a few beats, seeing you so cute like that !!

Atsumu immediately texts the rest in the group chat, like "excuse me hoes we have an emergency, y/n-chan likes one of us"

Meanwhile, the rest are just freaking out!! It's literal pandemonium and they have no idea what to think.

Atsumu is internally practicing what to say to you, and Osamu is just thoughtful and quiet. They're both respectively confident it's them that you like.

Suna's just in a daze. He wants it to be him more than anything else. He silently swears he will give up sleeping for 12 hours straight if the gods bless him, and it's him that you like.

Akagi looks like he has caffeine in his veins instead of blood, boy's just jittering out with nervous energy ™.

They all agree to ask you together and let Kita pop the question.

They also agree to be mature and respect whatever decision you make.

But I mean, I wouldn't put it past them to be petty as heck when they find out the truth.

So they all walk to you, talking to Sakusa Kiyoomi, and you have the cutest expression on your face.

Sakusa nods at you and walks off, and they see your eyes lingering on him for a bit longer than usual, until you turn to them with the brightest smile and ask them if they needed anything.

Kira's just so flustered, and he's trying not to stutter as he asks you “Um y/n-chan, we just wanted to know which one of us you like, and since we're all eagerly awaiting your decision, we hope you can tell us so that we may wish you and—”

You look confused and interrupt Kita

“Kita, did Atsumu tell you I like someone on the team?”

Atsumu was just nervously bouncing on the balls of his feet like “Ya didn't say he was on the team per se, but I just know yer crush is one of us, right?”

You look at them intently, you're so mfing flustered.

How are you supposed to tell them

“I like Sakusa-kun, guys” you say softly, your cheeks dusted with a faint pink blush.

The boys are just so shocked™

“omi omi-kun?” screeches Atsumu, his face turning an odd shade of red.

“I lost to that moody germaphobe??” screams Atsumu again.

But you're not really listening. Your eyes are on Sakusa as he gives you an eyebrow raise (he probably heard his name being mentioned) and a gentle smile.

And once they see you, so obviously in love, they're just like, "you know what, screw it. We love her, and our priority is that she's happy."

So Inarizaki sticks true to their principles, and treats their manager with the same love and respect they always did, placing the utmost importance on their happiness.

Suna definitely sleeps for 12 hours straight after finding out, drowning his woes in ice cream tho.

I can low-key bet the twins threatened to beat Sakusa up if he ever hurt you, once you guys start dating.
