some trait in me that makes people desperate to employ meΒ
#idk what it is#everyone's like it's so hard to get a job as a para you have to know someone or wait years for a position to open up#and as soon as i posted about passing my test on facebook this special ed teacher from my high school dmed me like:#congrats lmk if you're looking for a job i would FIGHT to get you in at (high school in my hometown)#i tried to dig for info on what working in a high school is like cause i'm used to elementary#and he was like it's super fun if you have thick skin say the word and i'll talk to the principal on your behalf#he was a special ed teacher at my high school so he was never my teacher but he was very involved with theatre and that was my thing#i guess he remembered that i'm tough as nails#idk if i could handle working in a high school though#it's out of my comfort zone but i do like a challenge historically
