I assume this is in reference to my actually human MePad but at least I thought you were referring to my robo MePad and all I could think was "...Anon wants metal hair...? Good for them."

If you wanna play around with hcs, I think there's a few options for who helps MePad with his hair! Toilet is the easy answer but oddly enough I could imagine Marshmallow (at least, outside the context of the competition) helping him out! Screw it, get Taco in there too. Let all three of them girliepop that guy. It's a bonding thing; let's do this guy's hair, it's the least we can do for him.
