Michigan is considered a battleground state in 2020, and there is no better time than right now to lift the voices of African-American women in Michigan to help create their own national and state agenda for this next election. “MI Sisters and Friends: Conversations that Count” will create a 2020-2024 health and wealth agenda for African-American women in Michigan who are aged 50 years or older. The agenda will be shared with elected officials (state and federal) and progress will be reviewed annually. This is a free event.
