Btw uh I think it's kind of obvious, but if anyone's wondering

I've been putting my URL over photos because I don't want any gimmick blogs to save and repost them. It's one thing for a low quality picture of a bunny I saw in the yard, but if any of my pet pics were reposted I'd find it really disrespectful

We only have a really short time with our pets, so anyone who wants to get clout by reposting a picture of an animal I view as family should at least ask permission or have a watermark in their way

I know there's methods to remove watermarks, but at least this way it takes more effort than 3 clicks to repost one of my photos

I think it was the healthiest distraction we #could've had & like nature sent that pregnant cat to our backyard for our sake; I think we'd be much more cynical/mean-spirited without it #Every pet I've ever had has been a loving/caring friend but he took care of us as much as we did him; maybe bc I was still a 'baby'#I bottle fed him as a kitten but as he became an adult cat he'd curl up on my pillow like my protector & lick my forehead when I was sad #anyway . in my sadness I had this moment of clarity back then like: if someone stole one of my photos of him #& reposted it for their 12k followers I'd react in a way that was . entirely socially unacceptable #so like . preventative measures .#oh my god the tag cut off 💀 SAD I meant SAD not . the 2 first letters . that is not something that has happened to me .
