I am so unbelievably sore. The massive amount of weight I lost and the lack of vitamins I'm getting has made it so I bruise incredibly easy. I have bruises on my hips and elbows from where I lay when I sleep, and between my knees where my legs rest (so now I sleep with a pillow between my legs.) My legs look the worst since my arm bruises are hidden in my tattoos. #bruises #weightlosswoes #vitamindeficiency #needtotakecareofmyself #ouch #coverupthepain
