Home Yoga family, We are in a very interesting time right now that is blanketed in fear and uncertainty. That being said, what this stands as is a HUGE reminder of the power of our practice. Physical movement, Pranayama (powerful breath), meditation, and a calm heart ALL equates to a healthy, regulated nervous system, and a healthy resilient body, mind, and spirit. We want to show you how we are dealing with this and also share some pro tips to help you move through this time with peace.  - We are taking extra measures to disinfect the studio, mats, and props even more frequently. There is also hand sanitizer available for everyone, as always. - All teachers are washing their hands before and after every class. We ask that you do the same! - We are refraining from all hands on adjustments at this time. - An online yoga platform is coming! We are creating online classes with your teachers here at Home to keep your practice going from your own home if that feels better for now. - Community is key! If you are out in public- remember to support the local businesses who may be feeling the effects.
