Hm, my go to used to be the crkt m16-02z. Most people don't like the double lock feature, but I really don't mind it. Smooth open and light. It's about 43 bucks right now.

The crkt squid is also a favorite. A little heftier, but it has an assisted open which is super nice. It's my current favorite. Those run around 50 bucks if you're willing to bump your price.

I also really like the kershaw shuffle II, not as easy an open. But I good little knife that runs around 25-30. I have maybe 3 of them lol

Things I want in an EDC blade.

Cheap enough I won't mourn losing it.

Sharp.

One handed opening.

One handed closing.

Locking blade.

Small enough for a coin pocket when closed.

A light as possible while still being sturdy.

Things I'm looking for in a flashlight.

Cheap enough that I won't mourn losing it.

Waterproof.

Two modes, bright and low.

Can be clipped to my shirt collar, and point towards my work (90 degree angle)

Normal fuckin batteries. AA AAA or standard lithium.

Sturdy clip.

Small as possible.

Lighter, already have it. Butane insert for a zippo, total ran me bout 30 bucks.

Need a small multi tool with replaceable wire cutter teeth, and/or a small screwdriver with a shitload of bits, and I'll be set.

Gimmie reccs, I'm gonna test a few things out, and get back to yall.
