So, going on what you said on how Skip first met JJ and John B, I’m going to say that Ashley was the one who’s in charge of distracting him while the boys are searching the trash

That distraction, however, turned into a full on bonding session

It started with their related water trauma (Ash with Gemma, and Skip with his parents)

And ended with their love of books

I’m fully accepting the two of them cooking in the diner kitchen while jamming to Hall & Oates as canon

If Skip ever meets Ash’s parents, there will be hell to pay

He has SO MANY ideas on how he can torture them for how they treated her

The two of them refusing to go into the water together and just hanging on the beach

Skip always giving John B the evil eye whenever he tries to put an arm over Ash’s shoulder or kiss her cheek

Totally gives him the “if you hurt her in any way” speech, which freaks John B out to no end

LET’S GO BESTIE!!!!! (also lena & diana are our riverfail ocs agenjensjs)

diana and lena meet when diana moves to riverdale in middle school - when she gets there, she has two choices of friend groups; cheryl and the populars & betty, archie, jughead and lena. she picks the latter mostly because of lena.

they start off as classmates and partners for a lot of classes - they win the science fair together for this weird remote-controlled monstrosity of a godzilla thing that diana designed after lena took a bunch of pictures of the original movie!!

later when lena comes out everything kinda implodes lowkey?? betty obviously doesn’t like that lena’s gay so she takes archie and runs. jughead is caught in the crosshairs and then he just stops talking to people.

still diana and lena hang out constantly - cheryl starts like asking if they’re dating every day but they keep on denying it.

diana asks lena to homecoming freshman year - the year veronica shows up, so season 1, and they start dating!! they’re actually really sweet but betty tells veronica a bunch of shit ab lena bc of course she does so veronica tells diana, worried that she’s gonna get her heart broken, and then diana and lena have a fight over it bc diana’s believing someone she’s talked to maybe twice over her girlfriend of like, 4-ish months and friend of 3/4-ish years. 

they break up soon after and diana goes back to archie & betty and now jughead & veronica and they get really aggressive when diana brings up once how much she wishes she didn’t end up on the wrong side of breaking up with her and that’s when she finds out betty is the reason veronica told her all of that.

lena ends up dating cheryl for a bit bc why the fuck not and diana gets really really pissed and kisses archie and they start dating when he’s on a break w veronica.

then she breaks up w archie realizing maybe boys aren’t that great and betty breaks up w jughead so betty tries to hookup w diana bc why not and diana calls out betty on her shit. 

lena is busy dating cheryl this entire time and is completely over the gang’s shit and decides to call out betty in the cafeteria which is when jughead punches her.

diana screams at them for it (like scream scream) and jughead gets suspended.

diana and lena try to think about dating again but diana still wants betty more than anyone so she has to choose....and she chooses betty. betty’s a bitch though towards lena so that doesn’t work out great :///

during the timeskip diana marries archie for some fucking reason and then archie cheats on diana w betty so then diana and lena reconnect finally!!!!!

i didn’t include much of the most-important parts of canon bc that’s kinda spoiler-y for diana’s story but yeah!!!!!! aggressive exes to lovers here we come!

ok give me ALL the Leo and Ash crossover ideas pls!!!

ABSOLUTELY MY LOVE! Now, I don’t know as much about Leo as I do Drew and Benny, so I did a little research. This is what I thought up:

Ashley doesn’t do drugs, so the sole reason why she hangs out with Leo is because she thinks she’s really cool and awesome

Leo is extremely protective over Ashley and will cut a bitch if anyone even tries to lay a finger on her

She’s always encouraging Ash to tell John B how she feels because, in her words, “that boy is as dumb as a brick, but he totally loves you back”

Ashley, in return, encourages Leo to go for it with JJ because, in her words, “he’s completely gone on you”

Leo will sit next to Ashley whenever the gang goes to the beach because she knows that her friend wants to be there, but can’t yet go into the water because of Gemma

They love gushing over turtles with Kie

Leo is the first person to always taste-test anything Ashley makes at Kie’s parents’ restaurant

Ashley gets so excited when Leo gets into Duke for marine biology, she throws a little bonfire gathering for them and the rest of the Pogues to celebrate

Leo has yelled at Ash’s parents for the way they’ve treated her; since Gemma isn’t there to do it, she figured she would be the one to take it upon her shoulders

She totally has a crush on Ash’s aunt Olivia (she thinks she is such a badass)

Ashley may have lost a sister, but she gained a new one in Leo

okay, i'm actually very curious about how you think Laurel and Rheya would get along?

Okay, so here is what I know for sure:

Laurel is NOT a fan of Brett when she first met him. So, imagine her surprise that there’s this cool-looking girl next to him who is FRIENDS with him

Rheya would look at Laurel and immediately go “you are cute and adorable, I will protect you with my life”

Though, I’m sure she is wondering why she likes Liam of all people

Rheya reminds her a little bit of Julia, so it’s no surprise that they do become friends

When hearing about what happened to Laurel’s mom, Rheya’s respect for her has risen to higher levels

Laurel cannot STAND Theo (he gives her creeps, and he’s always asking her weird questions regarding her hybrid status)

So, she cannot understand why Rheya is hanging around him

Laurel thinks that Rheya’s family is so cool; Rheya thinks the same of her aunt Molly and her little brother, Jake

They really have an interesting dynamic, I think

Brooke would be totally relentless in making Verena her friend (she doesn’t know the meaning of the word no)

Verena would be shocked that Brooke wants to be friends with her (she thought everyone thought she was weird)

Brooke would not care that Verena likes different things than everyone else; she cares more about her as a person

Verena would only go to football games if Brooke is cheering

If she isn’t, then she isn’t coming

Brooke likes listening to Verena talk excitingly about her favorite constellations in the night sky

She ADORES Leia, and will play with her 24/7

The Blacks basically adopt Brooke because she spends more time at their house than her own

They have annual walks with Leia, where they talk about anything and nothing at all

Verena will shyly ask Benny for advice about how to talk to a person that you like because she’s very inexperienced

Okay, so I thought long and hard about this…

I think that the first time Maddie met Jo as Jo would be at school

She’s seen her in passing, but never has talked to her

It isn’t until right about CACW that Maddie introduces herself to Jo

Peter hasn’t been hanging out with her much, and both Ava and Dawn are busy with their own activities

She’s very lonely, and Jo seems cool, so in chemistry, she asks if she could be Jo’s partner

Jo accepts, and that begins a close friendship filled with snarkiness and love

It isn’t until in the middle of Homecoming that Maddie figures out Jo is Reappear

She is devastated that Jo never told her, but once Jo explains that she wanted to protect her, Maddie understands

However, she insists on helping Jo like she does with Peter

Maddie just wants her new friend safe!

You know that when Maddie starts figuring out that something’s up with her, the first person she goes to is Jo

Oh god, I think their first meeting would be at the raptor enclosure

Will had just finished screaming obscenities at Owen, and was about to deck him when this blonde shortie comes out of nowhere

She manages to hold her back, saying something that actually makes Will laugh in spite of things

With that, Cody pulls Will off to side and introduces herself

Color her surprised when this seething little redhead introduces herself as Owen’s daughter

The fact that Cody just met Owen’s daughter by stopping her from punching him makes her blurt out rather charmingly “You’re awesome, wanna go get lunch?”

Will is caught off guard, but she kinda feels the same

Which is why she says “Okay”, and that starts off the most amazing friendship known to mankind

On Cody’s days off, they like to chill by the pool

Meeko also adores Jon (Cody isn’t trying to teach her to listen to BOTH Will and Jon’s commands, absolutely not)

Rexy officially adopts Cody as one of her children like Will and Jon

After the incident, Cody comes and stays with Jon at his apartment for a little bit

James comes to visit and ends up staying A LOT longer than planned

Will taking Cody on rides with her horses (potentially a chance that Cody starts screaming if she starts falling off one of the horses)

Jon promising Cody that Leo is a good guy (“he was my best friend growing up; honestly, I think he liked Will even then)

The three of them having secret jokes that no one understands and drives people like Owen and Claire bonkers

All of Will’s best friends take a little bit to warm up to Cody, but they all love her eventually

When learning that Will was going to teach Cody how to use a bow and arrow, Jon RAN to the other side of the island in fear

Will’s dog, Maya, LOVES Cody

Jon is the only one allowed to call Cody “Perry the Platypus”, and he eventually gets a platypus tattoo in honor of that
