"CSUF PASA PCN: Let's Stay Together" through the viewer's eyes.

life is supposed to be a jumble, and we definitely do not have a script in our lives, yet we create these stories because we feel like these events are worth talking about. maybe these stories are exaggerated or altered from what really goes on, but yet they're still stories. it's stories that bring us together, and our different stories are what comprise our culture. our culture is a jumble. life is a jumble. life is beautiful. the unorganized nature of life is beautiful. our culture is beautiful. it needs no script that we should transpose and follow as a basis on how to live our lives. scenes will be anti-climactic, resembling life events. anti-climactic, in a mundane sense. life is mundane, yet intriguing at the same time. our culture is intriguing despite being boring at times. our culture is beautiful and beauty comes in numerous forms; not just the cliche ones nor what we see in showbiz. our greatest moments in life don't necessarily have to be the most stereotypical ones. why? because that's our story. that's our identity. my identity is different from yours but our identities are no better. we're all the same, it's just our stories that differentiate us from each other, hence why we create stories. stories to help organize the unorganized nature of life. i'll say it again, life is a jumble, but it's beautiful. "what's your perfect PCN?" a satire of most PCNs that follow the themes of identity. you have a play that chooses to stray away from the relevant themes, yet it still seems to relate to all of us. why? maybe the articulation of the actors. we are all actors; we act out the scenes in our lives, so with every scene, we must act it out with articulation and passion, like how life is supposed to be.

"what's your perfect PCN?"

to me, it's a PCN about life and its marvelous misadventures. watching last night's PCN was definitely a thought provoking experience. as a viewer, you're supposed to be constantly put on edge, and i was definitely hooked. i may be overanalyzing this, but there were so many things that i got out of last night. all the pop culture references, the song choices, the film-noir vibe, the articulation of the actors; i mean damn. thanks CSUF PASA for putting on one hell of a culture night. and to the homie nathan barrios, you sir are a genius hahaha.

honest to god, IP, infinite pasabilities, has always been my family ever since i joined. everyone on this team has ties to each other equivalent to those of a brother or sister. IP served as my home away from home, an escape from all the problems i face daily. i usually dont smile, but when im with this team, my family, i always do. i was feeling a little bit uneasy about the set, but today you guys brought your A-Game, and definitely delivered. as a proud member on this team, id like to congratulate everyone on a successful PCN. everyone did amazing, and the extra practice definitely paid off. even though some of us may part ways after this performance, know that you are and always will be a part of this spring 2012 infinite pasabilities team. again id like to say everyone did amazing, and everyone has definitely grown both as dancers and as people in general. i freaking love you guys, and im looking foward to the remainder of the season, and following seasons to come. :D

Finally I am able to cross off: Road Trip to San Francisco off my non-existent bucket list. LOL great weekend with great company. :)
