Why in News?

On December 15, PM will lay the foundation stone for 30.000MW hybrid renewable energy park close to the Indo-Pak border in Kutch district.

About hybrid renewable energy park

·       The hybrid energy park project is one of the select projects of national importance that the PM reviews at his monthly PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation) system.

·       The renewable energy park will have two zones, one , a 49,600 hectare hybrid park zone that will accommodate wind and solar power plants of 24,800 MW capacity and two, an exclusive wind park zone spread over 23,000hectares.

·       This site has been chosen because this is a complete wasteland. It will be located between Khavda village and Vighakot. This park zone will be located 6 km from the border.

o   Windmills near the border will also act as a boundary.

·       The state government has allocated land too six developers.

o   Adani Green Energy Ltd (19.000 ha)

o   Sarjan Realities Ltd (9,500 ha)

o   NTPC Ltd (9,500 ha)

World Veterinary Day was organized on April 28th worldwide . This year is organized by World Veterinary Association since 2000. On the occasion of World Veterinary Day, the matter of resistance to bacteria found in animals in animal clinics was discussed and people were made aware about this. This year's Theme Value of Vaccination has been kept this year. This topic has been chosen because vaccination is very important for veterinary medicine, it promotes animal health and welfare and reduces the risk of human beings towards many zoonotic pathogens .

World Dance Day was organized on April 29th . Starting this day began in 1982, when the International Dance Committee of the International Theater Institute of UNESCO established on 29 April as the Dance Day. The aim of celebrating this day is to make the public aware of the importance of dance. It is also the birthday of the pioneer of modern ballet dance , Jean-Georges Nowe, and it is also a big reason that this day is organized on April 29. This year the theme of International Dance Day is Dance and Spirituality .

State Bank of India , the largest public sector bank, launched the country's first green car loan on April 28 . The bank has kept its rates 0.20% lower than the normal auto loan. Some conditions have been fixed for the green car loan, which will be issued after completion of the loan. At present, no processing charge will be charged for those applying for this loan. This is India's first green car loan launched for the purchase of electric cars . The purpose of this initiative is to promote the purchase of electric vehicles. There is a 7-year repair period in normal car loan, while in the green car loan the repairs period will be 8 years.

India and China are organizing a week-long India Festival in central Chinese city on the completion of one year of 'informal meeting' between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Xi Jinping in Wuhan and India. On this occasion, India has started the Colors of India Week in Wuhan . In the meantime, programs for dance presentation, cinema exhibition, photo exhibition and promotion of tourism and tourism are being organized. Chinese Ambassador to China Vikram Mishri and Wuhan's deputy mayor Chen Shijin launched the program. The Indian Embassy in Beijing and the Indian Council of Cultural Relations are organizing it with the help of Hubei Provincial Government and Wuhan Municipal Administration. India and the United States have decided to share the report on tax evasion . The Government of India has notified the agreement with the US regarding the mutual income of the multinational companies and the share of taxes on tax on them. This inter-governmental agreement will help the two countries monitor the cases of tax evasion of multinationals. The CBC AgreementAfter the US multinationals' working unit in India, they also have to submit reports from different countries at the local level. This will reduce the compliance burden of companies. In the report of the business of different countries of multinationals, information about their income in different countries, paid taxes and other signals about multinational companies will be available. MNCs whose total unified revenue is more than 75 million euros or more in a year, they have to report nationwide in the country of the parent company. 75 million euros have been kept equal to Rs. 5,500 crores under Indian rules.

Rana Dasgupta was given the Rabindranath Tagore Literary Award for his 2010 novel Solo: A Tale of Estrangement and the Ultimate Failure of Materials Exhibition , 2019 . This is the second edition of this award and its purpose is to revive poems and books that change life. Under this award, the winner gets 10 thousand dollars, a small statue of Tagore and a certificate for contribution to the literature. This award has been established to promote world peace, promote literature, art and education.

Scientists of the Shakubasi Shimoda Marine Research Center in Japan and the University of Plymouth of America have discovered through a research that the amount of acidic elements in the oceans is increasing rapidly due to fossil fuels. It is threatening millions of people living in the sea and living with the help of sea. Apart from this, the quantity of acidification in oceans is also increasing due to lava from the volcanoes. Scientists named the process as Acidification .

There has been a lot of speculation about the presence of snowman for a long time. There have been many incidents of people seeing snowman in the world around the world , but there was no concrete proof about its existence. Now for the first time, the Indian Army has made a big claim about the existence of 'Yesi'. The Indian Army, which estimates the existence of Yethi, has shared some pictures from Mount Maklu , on Twitter, showing signs of mysterious foot.
