okay i’ve been wondering

is your book fantasy? you’ve mentioned magic and stuff. is there magic? can you tell me about it and how it works if that’s the case?

worldbuilding is so cool

Yeah, I'd consider my books fantasy. I'd actually consider it a thriller type fantasy.

But how magic exists in this world is that each human has this one type of magic that they can learn to master, so one person can't just accumulate more and more power. As a sense of balance, so if you want to try to conquer anything you need a team. And even if you form a team it is just as likely a team will form against you, balancing the system.

Like Edwyn specializes in the telekinetic field, but mainly stuff the size of a small house (400 square feet or less, one story) and smaller (yes this involves humans). He can theoretically try more, but it will over exert him and he won't be able to control it as well.

It's the exact opposite with Archer, he can control anything bigger than the aforementioned small house. He can try smaller, but he won't be able to control it well, and can have hazardous results if he tries to control a human like Edwyn.

I can elaborate on how my other oc's powers work if you like.

and i made cooper’s nickname Cedrick, and edin’s name(s) Edin and Edwin… their given name is Edward (they’ll go by any of the names, but they like cooper to call them Edin)

you have Cedric, i have a Cedrick. with a K at the end.. you have Edwyn, i have an Edwin. with an I instead of a Y..

I actually started writing my book yesterday! I'm not gonna make the link public yet, I want to have at least two chapters done before I start involving beta readers.

but. to my surprise. i’ve got like 5 pages. of. info. five. — i took screenshots of what i wrote (so it won’t fucking DISAPPEAR.) and i’ve got 5 screenshots. it’s a lot

i’m probably gonna remove some of it and put that info in another post (‘cause tbh, it’s not 100% needed to know, it’s like background stuff for one branch of the tree. if i include it, it’ll take longer to get to the main point. i’ll have another post about that info)

Edwyn’s birthday is close to Tobie and Pyrus’ birthday. (their birthday is on September 24th, 2000) 

Cedric was born in the same year as Jack. (Jack is my youngest OC) — Cedric is like 3 months older than Jack. Jack’s birthday is November 3, 2003.

EJ’s birthday is literally 2 years after Gabe’s. Gabe’s birthday is August 30th, 1999.
