Dang...

A Mixtape that should be an album, but we don't want it to be an album, so we'll keep it as a mixtape, okay? Alright. Sooo this mixtape is like an unplanned baby of ours, (Dont make this awkward, its just an analogy), but some how came down to make complete sense. At first it was meant to be a short ep typer thingy containing like 4 songs, Just to introduce the duo (US.). 5/6 songs were made during the process of making Dang, with more songs made for DaBluez along the side. But of cause things could never move smoothly like that , not in this beautiful, pragmatic lovely life of the PUPPET, Cause some how on a solo random night , A two brained celled me decided to pour a whole glass full of soda onto my laptops freakin keyboard👌🏽, I Still HATE my self for that shidd... with like 2 Grammy worthy projects down the drain just like that🧎🏾‍♂️, but we keep on swangin' on right.

The first Dang had a combination of different styles modern 2000s rap vibes to soul/funk vibes like Anderson paak fused with Mzansis classic music. Following the tragedy regarding the laptop, only 2 of the unmastered MP3s of the project were left (Hence the releasing of a music vedio with an unmastred song). Even with a heart filled with deep sadness, One song kept us from skretching out Dang, Mandela, a Classic. This would be the song that inspires the making of the new Dang as it is today. Having to work using Dom's & Kmore's Laptop to make a 8 track mixtape, made me and Dom a proudful Mixtape, Dang... Even thou we learnt a whole lot of things during the making of this album, The one lesson that really sticked with me is that in everything that I do "Keep on Keeping on", listen I know it's cliche, corny or kinda stupid but that shidd real. Loosing all the plug-ins/My Drumkits😭 I had and the efficiency of my laptop to using one fl stock plugin at a time gave me Wisdom🧘🏿.

Thank you Kmore for allowing me to use your laptop yous a real G, Thank you Dom, Love you boi, thank you Beete for being a darling, and Thanks to Braille for checking up on me every time concerning my Laptop. Thanks to the buddy above, your work is so incomprehensible but real. I'm glad I got to experience this at this time in time.

Okay now thats the end of whatever that was.Just go and listen to the gawdang album!, Please, it's Amazing!, ITS US.😁
