Kinda sucks ngl ↓

The gutter sucks so bad,,, what is this spider infested soup region with the world's worst dumbass vomit spitting lizard

Sump tunnel sucks but I forgive it for playing Veiled Northstar

Farm arrays is kinda mid cuz it's boring and the top and bottom levels kinda aren't connected,, there just isn't a good range of ways to go

Chimney canopy, I don't hate it but it is kinda mid, same with garbage wastes

Subterranean kinda boring + Im just not a fan of grumblebum but at least the train carts are cool + the elusive stowaway

Filtration system honestly is kinda cool with the red lighting but that's all it's got

Rubicon is the kfc deep fryer the rats end up in. Why is it so fuken dark but I mean YOO I know this place also where The Cycle plays is so incredibly awesome (cool ost too)

Drainage system has some cool jumps, rain worldy feel. I'd rather not drown tho

Depths #1 best mid region, I am #1 guardian fan, and the place has so much lore headcanon possibility but dear god playing through it is actually just boring as hell. But I do adore the concept so it's the best mid region

Looks to the moon,, oh how I adore her but getting through all the water and climbing up and then the poles oadhkf I suffer,,, it so slow

Pipeyard is centipede hell but at least the threat is an absolute banger,, also top layer of pipeyard looks dope as hell

Garbage wastes past is hell as spears but with ari it's pretty chill, I like killing things in acid

Five Pebbles doesn't reeeeaallly have anything going on but big supercomputers my beloved + neuron fly swarm <3

Memory conflux is actually really cool, hello mysterious room with a large pitch black hole in the middle

The wall is kinda cool, nothing too special, I mean uh,, climb I guess

Bitter aerie is pretty cool, very interesting change of environment, I like it

The rot is fucked up, on several levels both good and bad

Waterfront facility has an absolute banger of a threat song, literally my favourite threat theme. I also like the vibes, the towers are kinda cool and I like the shadowy feels on the right

Precipice has a pretty colour palette. Also they fr named the ost that plays on the bridge connecting pebbles and moon Trusted Component,,, ouagh my heart </3

Sky islands has such pretty colours,, Kayava plays too?? And I like the threat theme here. The middle part of sky islands is super cool, almost no one goes there tho?? I mean ok yea it's kinda out of the way but still!! Those bridge jumps are there to teach me skill

Shoreline, banger threat music, we already know that, love this place but a little plain. Also I'm a jetfish hater

Shaded citadel is a really nice change of pace, I like the light mechanic, Black Moonlight and Floes are fantastic, all the glowing glyphs are cool as hell too

Submerged superstructure is very very cool but also very very spooky with scary things swimming in the dark

Undergrowth is kinda wet and humid but I mean woaaah pretty,, very very pretty, very fun place

Metropolis is banging yo, literally. I mean it's just a really nice, solid region. Love the day and night cycle, epic threat themes, and a blast to play through

Industrial complex has banger music, very rain worldy but honestly the areas I actually go to,,, kinda small

Outskirts. Rain World. Do I really need to say more?? These are the rain world vibes this is what its all about baby

Recursive transform arrays + abstract convergence manifold are actually incredible, I stare at those massive rooms in awe, like with big wet eyes

General systems bus + neural terminus are fantastic sub regions with incredible ost, the energy of these are so good, I always pause for a while to listen and wonder

Struts and vents oh dear girl why are there so many spiders dear god,, other than that tho, leg and underhang two electric boogaloo. Also Scapeless Doubt is my favourite piece of ost in this game!! And Miros Vultures are really really cool!! Also moons siren.... woa

Silent construct is here for the emotional weight, it's very heavy. Ok I don't like this region that much tbh but my heart aches going through it which is why it's up here

Sunken Pier has vibes like no other,, this is, this place is beyond the facility walls this is once again stepping into the unknown

Outer expanse is honestly a bit of a pain to traverse but it's so pretty, with wonderful music, and the giant tree?? Man, the feeling of moving on hits hard, even harder knowing the characters we're leaving behind are doomed to horrible fates

Depths (rot) the horrors, this place scares me

Leg and underhang, anything just to listen to White Lizard tbh. The daddy long legs and me are at peace here and can coexist in harmony, I leap from pole to pole across the endless void below me with confidence and grace, silent to not disturb the horrors that lurk

Unfortunate development,, I have befriended the rot, i understand this pulsating glob of flesh and disease like no other. I run UD in my sleep, deathless, back and forth. I dance in the zero g like I was born in it. This is skill GAIN

Memory crypts hi, hello, Miros bird, I am so normal about this 100 meter dash and cabinet beasts and lore??? And the aesthetics of this place?? Oh to be an animal among the living memories of those long gone, sheltering from biomechanical scissor birds who guard these ghosts

Guh umm, drainage is awful, but I don’t go there much. Garbage is just..well…garbage, kinda boring, shoreline gives me anxiety. but I gotta say, shaded is probably my least favorite by far, that place just sucks, awful awful I hate it die. I think what I hate most is just how much anxiety I get, and also the fact that if the coalescepide get you it’s joever, the only way I know to get rid of them is by flash bangs, and I never have those.
