Tiny cartoon style redraw of one of my favorite images ever

wowww okay, so i just stumbled upon these in my sketchbook! apart from writing, i used to draw for hours on end everyday back then. started when i was around 10, then quickly realized it was something i was actually really passionate about. i think i drew all these like…five years ago maybe? i do remember drawing Roger’s eye and not wanting to take a picture of it upon completion because i’d made so many mistakes, so the paper was smudged horribly. i don’t think i’ve picked up a graphite pencil in a long time, but seeing these makes my inner child feel proud haha! also, that last drawing of Roger (i’m sure a lot of you know which photograph was my reference) is the best thing i’ve ever drawn i think, apart from a portrait i did of Björk a while back. it’s my best work, BUT…the neck and head of his bass is so embarrassingly wonky so please do yourself a favor, and pretend it doesn’t exist. the photograph is blurry there, and i hadn’t yet learned how to draw the illusion of blear. anyway, i think these are cool and simply wanted to share, because i don’t think i’ve ever shared these with anyone. also, Nick doesn’t have any eyelashes for some reason???

Imagine spending an entire afternoon at the spa with David. You have just come out of the jacuzzi tub where you have been cuddling and smooching the whole time and now you are waiting to get a massage, even though David has whispered to you that he would prefer you to give him a massage. Then he playfully put the towel like you on his hair and winked at you while waiting for the masseur's reaction.
