Darryn Ansted a prominent artist for the Australian Centre for Concrete Art, was commissioned to produce an artwork on a suburban wall adjacent an active pedestrian laneway in the heart of South Fremantle. The end result is an amazing transformation of a previously derelict wall, that provides an incredible vibrancy and wonderment through the distortion of manipulation of perspective.

RAGLAN: Construction is underway for the Raglan project. The old lean-to has been removed in preparation for the new addition.

Landcorp's, White Gum Valley project has begun. Site preparation has started in the lead up to the construction of various projects in 2015, including our Gen Y Demonstration House, also know as The Step House.

The Department of Planning has released the Apartment Design document which is an amazing step for future apartment development in Western Australia. We are proud to have contributed to the draft, alongside the Planning Commission and consultant team.
