Seamless Pipe and Tube Manufacturing Process MSL has one of the best automatics plants having two manufacturing process.  CPE (Cross Roll Piercing and Elongation) - It is the process in which hot billet is pierced on the piercer after-wards crimped and then elongation on the bench which is referred to push bench.Plug Mill Technology - Plug Mill Process is a process for big dia pipes and tubes. In this process, round billets are heated up to the stage of plastic and then it goes through the Cross Roll Piercing. Elongation is done by Plug Mill, in this process the wall thickness, ID and OD are achieved by inserting a Plug while the pipe keeps rolling through a pair of rolls. It ensures the smooth finish and even OD, ID and Thickness.
