Class 1A Headcanons part 2 (IzuCrew/DekuSquad edition)
Decided to do another one since people seem to like the first one a lot. This one focuses on the IzuCrew/DekuSquad:
Midoriya is an excellent student academic wise, but he’s a god-awful tutor cause he’s going to see something shiny and go on a tangent and then there will be no work done.
Ochako realised this the Hard Way and now she’s strictly #TeamMomo when it comes to tutoring.
Todoroki disagrees. But since he’s ranked fifth his opinion is Invalid.
Iida can’t really swim or do any water related activity without plugging his exhaust pipes with corks cause otherwise water gets into his engine’s inner system and its a bitch to deal with.
Todoroki didn’t get to play video games growing up. If he had time to play “childish nonsense” he had time to train.
Tenya also didn’t play much. Though its just cuz he’s too uptight and proper.
Deku and Ochako immediately rectified this great affront as soon as they knew.
Todoroki is god-awful in almost every genre. But every time the IzuCrew plays together he gets this shine behind his eyes and no one has the heart to comment on it.
Min*ta once made a Mistake commenting on Todo’s poor gaming skills during Class Bonding night. He ended up on the ceiling for two hours.
Aoyama gets along quite well with Iida. Ever since the license exam Tenya has gained a deep respect for the twinkling twink.
Tsuyu has dirt on everyone.
The first time Deku cussed in the presence of his crew the following happened:
Iida spit out his orange juice over his miso soup (Big Yikes).
Uraraka yelped and accidentally floated herself.
Tsuyu’s big sister instincts kicked in and tongue slapped Izuku
Aoyama gasped out something that honestly sounds more russian than french
Todo kept slurping his soba.
Shinsou is an honorary member of the IzuCrew.
His first introduction to the group was kinda awkward.
Both Tenya and Shouto was a bit wary. Aoyama straight up clamped his mouth shut considering what happened in the Sports Fest.
Before Shinsou can get angry, Tsuyu came in clutch.
She said that while both his appearance and quirk does seem villainous, his drive and heart is nothing but heroic.
“Besides we have to deal with Bakugou daily, we can deal with you.”
Hitoshi’s face experienced the full range of human emotion very quickly and settled on a grateful, albeit a bit shaky smile. And the rest is history.
In regards to Deku’s self-destructive tendencies, the squad have different methods in curbing them.
Iida, true to his mom-friend status, will lecture on the importance of prioritizing one’s own safety and health.
Uraraka pouts and guilt-trips him. The effect usually last for a few days but she’ll take what she can get.
Tsuyu just don’t deal with it. She has accepted Fate’s cruel designs.
Shouto will somehow find a way to shift the blame to himself whenever Deku’s on his martyr bullshit.
Aoyama carves passive-aggressive scoldings into cheese offerings.
Shinsou: “Bitch, you live like this?” Tsuyu: “Live is a strong word.”
