Fabbioli Cellars, owned by Doug Fabbioli and Colleen Berg, has been in the works for over 30 years. Fabbioli is one of the few wineries that still offer food pairings with their tasting menu in Northern VA. The best part, the wines and food pairings continue to change out every month! Prior to living in Virginia, Doug and Colleen lived in California where they learn their wine making skills. They have a large tasting room when you first walk in and one located in the basement. If you are looking to relax and hangout after your tasting, they have a large area upstairs or you could go outside where there are fire pits with views of vineyards. VineDication’s recommendation is Raspberry Merlot; or what we refer to as “Heaven in a bottle”.
