Reintegrating. Today’s float rocked me. In the most positive way. Over flowing with so much confusion & so many questions - instinctually questioning myself as I’ve been conditioned to. My fear of the unknown has been suffocating and the fear of the known - much worse. Today, somewhere between the dark & the silence, i answered all my questions. So i wrote. I have journaled every fleeting thought & every darkest feeling everyday since i was 7 years old. I quit shortly after i got sober. Because i no longer wanted to face my truth. To write is to be brutally honest and painfully transparent with oneself. To be accountable and accepting.
