followup to this post- when your muchroom eyes process only the very basics of light and shape and form boobs arent high on your list of things that are attractive ok
#doodles#avowed#envoy tyrn#kai avowed#marius avowed#they like his voice tho. for the record. and the texture of his scales#trying to explain tyrn's blindness is difficult bc it's like. they have No Eyes. but mushrooms do#technically. mushrooms do have organs that can sense light on different spectrums so#they aren't like. ''completely blind“ so to speak but they can't see in a way that we can really understand#they also rely on the direction of their companions especially in fights- they can make out shapes and movement to an extent but yk#depth perception. and while i hesitate to use this trope bc it's overused and overdone i think that in battle particularly#theres a bit of that godlike intuition. but for all intents and purposes they are blind and that's an important part of their character#obviously i still need to do research bc im sighted and i want to do more tinkering to make this make sense#in this world and with tyrn's godlike.ness. but yeag
