I wouldn’t worry too much as they’re only a WEREWOLF which makes them AMBITIOUS & SELF-ABSORBED. Rumour has it that they are often heard humming THIS BABY DON’T CRY by K.FLAY.

jackson also follows canon plots, up to the point of him leaving for london after some werewolf training with derek. he spent a few months in london with a family member, to sort himself out now that he was a supernatural creature. though he hasn’t changed much, he has become more accepting of himself (and the fact that he’s bisexual, for that matter), and decided to continue the rest of his life back in beacon hills.

only that didn’t happen ⸺ not too long after he arrived home, he ended up in mystic falls, confused and unsure of what is going on. though he would never admit it, jackson is desperately looking for some guidance in this confusing situation, and knowing his lack of care in the department, might turn to the wrong people for that.

Everything about Lexi follows her canon plots. She was happily enjoying her afterlife since finding peace with Stefan, before suddenly waking up back in Mystic Falls. She desperately searched for Stefan, worried something had happened to him, before realising it was her who had been brought back to life. Is finally starting to settle back in, but very cautious about what it means and still desperate to find her best friend.

Whispers upon dying wind claim MADELAINE PETSCH is walking around Mystic Falls but it’s probably REBEKAH MIKAELSON + 22 (PHYSICAL) / 1000+ (ACTUAL) from TVD. I wouldn’t worry too much as they’re only a ORIGINAL VAMPIRE which makes them PROTECTIVE & VINDICTIVE. Rumour has it that they are often heard humming WHEN I RULE THE WORLD by LIZ.

rebekah follows canon plots, except for the last season of the originals ⸺ rebekah has accepted her life as a vampire. though being mortal is something she would still enjoy, she is no longer actively wanting the cure, and will let others take their turn before it is her time. that being said, colliding with all those from her past in mystic falls has made her quite glad not to be a human just yet. 

that being said, rebekah is pretty frustrated to be back here ⸺ and with all these new arrivals, she’s falling back into old patterns, and that is dangerous for anyone else around.

Galen has been hunting since before he can remember. It was taught to him in the same way walking was taught to other children, even before the Hunter’s Mark revealed itself. The Vaughns were renowned hunters. It was in their blood and it only got worse when, in an act of revenge for the damage they felt had been done to their own kind, a fanged gang turned Galen’s little sister. His father, believing she couldn’t be saved, walked her into direct sunlight. From that point, he became even more obsessed with the cause, passing that obsession onto his remaining child. 

The Hunter’s Mark revealed itself before he was even 19 and with it, came a whole new thirst for blood. The Brotherhood of the Five were invented to hunt and kill. It was their entire purpose in life. A purpose that, for a while, consumed Galen. By twenty-six, his mark was already completed. 

Since the merge, Galen has been brought back from the dead. It’s not the first time. He suspects it won’t be the last either, but there is a slight difference now. With Silas gone, the Brotherhood of The Five no longer have a cause. There’s no cure to hunt. No way to end the vampire line. The undeniable urge to kill is still there, but if Galen’s honest, he isn’t sure he can be bothered. That said, he definitely still struggles with the idea of there being ‘good vampires’ and I think it’ll take some convincing to change that.

Bobby is very much back from the dead and very much confused about how it happened. He wasn’t even sure it had at first, but instead mistook Mystic Falls for a new hell. Since realising otherwise, he’s been locking himself away in an old, shitty apartment, lost in research. Only ever leaves to refill on groceries, bourbon and hunting supplies. Will probably 10/10 throw holy water in your face if you approach. Desperately searching for his boys, Dean and Sam, to make sure they’re safe.

Whispers  upon  dying  wind  claim  TOM HARDY  is  walking  around  Mystic  Falls  but  it’s  probably  ANSEL  ( OF  THE )  NORTH  ( EAST  ATLANTIC  PARK )  &  FORTY  from  THE  ORIGINALS.  I  wouldn’t  worry  too  much  as  they’re  only  an  ORIGINAL  WEREWOLF  which  makes  them  CHARISMATIC  &  STUBBORN.  Rumour  has  it  that  they  are  often  heard  humming  FEELING  GOOD  —  MUSE.

Born to Berold and Matilda. Parents once made a deal with a witch, promising her their firstborn in exchange for wealth. When they didn’t deliver, the witch cursed their child to suffer a painful transformation every full moon, taking inspiration from legend of The Hollow. Because of this, he was kept isolated, confined to the house. 

Fled to America after he killed his father in self-defence. Created his own settlement on the land of Mystic Falls, building it with his own hands.

The rest is as canon says up until Ansel’s resurrection. In a turn of events, Esther brought Ansel back with Original strengths. She didn’t want him to be caught off guard again like he was with Mikael.. Because of this, he’s a lot harder to kill and didn’t actually die like Klaus believed. However, the showdown did make Ansel realise Klaus wasn’t ready (and may never be ready) for him to be in his life. He retreated to the shadows, watching over the Mikaelson family from afar, but allowing them to believe he was gone.

Noticed the change when he was pulled through and merged into a new timeline. Originally hated being back in Mystic Falls because it reminded him of himself and his family being slaughtered, but eventually, managed to rebuild. Found a cabin in the woods not far from his previous tribe. He lives there while running the local autoshop, called Wolf’s Wheels. Ansel developed a great curiosity and love for cars after being brought back to life, and used it as a distraction. 

Managed to find the North East Atlantic Pack, as well as finding new wolves to join, and protects them as their Alpha.

Klaus isn’t his only heir. Ansel also had several children with his wife, though most of them were murdered by Mikael right in front of him. Only one survived, continuing on the bloodline. Ansel adored his family and, for a while, adored his wife. Unfortunately, his wife wasn’t a wolf. After a particularly rough transformation, he injured her. Unable to forgive himself, their relationship never truly survived. And then Ansel met Esther.

Ansel has mastered the art of controlling his inner wolf. It took a lot of trauma, magic and pain, but he knew he had to after what happened to his wife. He knew it even more when one of his own took Henrik Mikaelson at such a young age. Now, after all these years, he remains in control even while in wolf form. Ansel is fully in touch with both his human side and his wolf side, embracing both with pride.

Whispers  upon  dying  wind  claim  MICHAEL  TREVINO  is  walking  around  Mystic  Falls  but  it’s  probably  TYLER  LOCKWOOD   &  TWENTY - FIVE  ( TECHNICALLY  OLDER,  BUT  HIS  AGEING  PROCESS  IS  SLOWER )  from  THE  VAMPIRE  DIARIES.  I  wouldn’t  worry  too  much  as  they’re  only  a  WEREWOLF  which  makes  them  COCKY  &  HOT - HEADED.  Rumour  has  it  that  they  are  often  heard  humming  I  WILL  NOT BOW  —  BREAKING  BENJAMIN.

His character follows canon, including his death. Due to finding peace together  ( as friends ), Tyler & Vicki were also brought back together during the merge. Both were confused, but Tyler very quickly sprung into action. It’s not his first resurrection after all. 

Has come to terms with being back from the dead again. Possibly hasn’t come to terms with how he died.

He and Vicki took refuge in the old Lockwood mansion, hoping to find Matt there. Tyler also now works at the Salvatore Boarding School. He teaches werewolves, especially given there’s been an influx, both triggered and untriggered, becoming somewhat of a guide to them, trying to ensure they don’t go through what he went through. Similar to an alpha, but without the power trip.

Whispers  upon  dying  wind  claim  NORMAN  REEDUS  is  walking  around  Mystic  Falls  but  it’s  probably  TRIPP  COOKE  /  THOMAS  VINCENT  FELL  III  &  FORTY - NINE  from  THE  VAMPIRE  DIARIES.  I  wouldn’t  worry  too  much  as  they’re�� only  a  HUMAN  /  HUNTER  which  makes  them  CANTANKEROUS  &  BITTER.  Rumour  has  it  that  they  are  often  heard  humming  ANOTHER LOVE  —  TOM  ODELL.

Tripp was born in Mystic Falls as Thomas Vincent Fell iii, a direct descendant of the Fell family. He was raised in Mystic Falls, though eventually took his mother’s maiden name after his father left them. He grew up alongside the Gilbert family and was particularly good pals with Grayson Gilbert. 

Earned himself the nickname Tripp because he was a clumsy kid who used to fall down a lot. 

Married his highschool sweetheart, Kris, who used to compete with Liz Forbes in field hockey. They planned to have children, though sadly struggled and instead, ended up fostering. Between them, they fostered 12 different children before Kris’ death. 

When Tripp was 38, his wife was murdered by a vampire right in front of him. Unfortunately, he was compelled to forget right after and instead, made to believe he caused her death in a car accident. Tripp spent the next few years blaming himself for driving recklessly, thinking his last moments with his wife were a bitter argument that distracted him from watching the road. He moved away from Mystic Falls, lost in grief. 

Tripp returned to Mystic Falls a couple of years later to check in on his grandmother after the reported ‘gas leak’. As soon as he crossed the magical border, the memories he was compelled to forget came flooding back. This caused him to quit his job as a parole officer, return to Mystic Falls permanently and start up the Community Protection Squad, becoming a hunter while training others to take on the same fight. He was determined to find the vampire who murdered Kris. 

Everything else follows canon, except for Tripp’s death. Unbeknown to Enzo when he killed Tripp, Tripp was wearing a ring similar to the Gilbert ring. He paid a witch to enchant it for him using a copycat spell. This brought him back to life and he retreated from Mystic Falls, allowing everyone to believe he was still dead. His initial plan was to train, become a better hunter and return to continue his work. However, while away, he delved more into research. This led him to discover more about the Founding Families. Tripp eventually came to the conclusion that being a Fell could possibly be what caused his wife’s murder, due to them collecting so many enemies. She was an easy target.

At some point, Tripp moved back to Mystic Falls, but he has stepped away from the Fell name completely. Now lives in a van in the woods. Isn’t seen a whole lot during the day. Possibly drinks too much. Still hunts vampires, but has a slightly more lenient attitude towards other supernatural creatures (as long as they aren’t harming other humans).

10/10 slept through the merge and didn’t realise anything had even happened until a vampire he killed 3 years ago passed him at the liquor store.

Whispers  upon  dying  wind  claim  EMMA  MACKEY  is  walking  around  Mystic  Falls  but  it’s  probably  VICKI  DONOVAN  &  PERMANENTLY  TWENTY - ONE  from  THE  VAMPIRE  DIARIES.  I  wouldn’t  worry  too  much  as  they’re  only  a  VAMPIRE  which  makes  them  SARCASTIC  &  INSECURE.  Rumour  has  it  that  they  are  often  heard  humming  MY  SKIN  —  NATALIE  MERCHANT.

Vicki follows canon. After finding peace together (as friends), she and Tyler were then also revived together. Unfortunately, Vicki isn’t processing it quite as well as Tyler. Technically speaking, she’s still a baby vampire and nobody gave her a real chance to learn to be good. She’s still struggling with her urges, as well as struggling with having missed so much during death. She also isn’t sure who she can or can’t approach. Vicki didn’t have a lot of friends prior to her death and imagines she has even less since briefly teaming up with Katherine in a bid to escape hell.
