nurse!nick: He never planned on becoming a nurse—school was never his thing. But after his dad’s accident, Nick found himself handling bandages and pill bottles better than his siblings did. He didn’t talk about it, just… did what needed to be done. A few years later, he applied to nursing school on a whim, half-expecting to hate it. But he didn’t. Now he’s the grumpy but dependable type, half-asleep, half-caffeinated, but always showing up.

barista!thomas: Thomas studied art for a while, but hated deadlines and critiques. He started working at a coffee shop to make rent, and ended up loving it—the quiet rhythms, the regulars, the way drinks become rituals. He’s good with people, even the ones who never say thank you.

detective!chris: Chris always knew. Mystery books, puzzle games, cop shows—it was always going to be this. He joined the academy straight out of school, breezed through training with his hands in his pockets. He’s relaxed until it matters, then all business. He hates paperwork but gets results fast. Still wears his hoodie to work. Still cracks jokes at crime scenes.

detective!reader: She wasn’t sure at first. She was the overachiever, the one who liked structure, who showed up early to everything and color-coded her notebooks. detective!chris is a fucking goofball. watched way too many crime shows and bodycam footage in high school and now he's one of em. a detective. he loves his job though, and is constantly surprising everyone around him (including himself) by how good he is at it!! it's very inspired by brooklyn 99, but chris and detective!reader will both be a little more oblivious...

officecrush!reader is okay... for now. luke's been grumpy but he's been going to the gym more, so that's been a bit of an outlet for him!

nurse!nick and doctor!reader met in school (they both love to bitch but also don't tolerate bullshit so they're platonic soulmates bdfhsbfsd)!! they specifically orchestrated their placements so they'd be working at the same hospital,, and now they work together too <3

dolly's room is quite girlish and has been the same since she was a teen, which she's a bit insecure about :<

daisy's room is veryyyy comfy vibes think like fluffy blankets, lots of cushions, and quite feminine <3

dotty's room is often shared with luke.... so.... take from that what you will!
