I love a good priest film and here are some of my favourites. Of course there are good films about bad priests but the priests in these films are mostly decent men trying to do good. Some of them, like Revd. Toller in the most recent 'First Reformed' are also struggling with their calling and/or faith, which is a helpful thing to see because it reminds us that being a Priest or Church Minister is challenging and we are all ultimately just people with many of the same struggles or doubts as our congregations.
