today i am thinking about how dick and damian are purposefully written out of each others stories because they would kill the angst/lone wolf vibe their respective comics want them to go through
#OKAY STAY WITH ME HERE#damian dies and thats when the grayso.n series starts#dicks solo run where he has NO contact with anyone from his past life (except b) and everyone thinks hes dead#and no one pulls on that thread right#damian comes back dick still doesnt know and now damian also thinks dicks dead#and then yeah we get that cute ass hug at the end of gray.son#AND NOW#dick gets amnesia and doesnt know who the batf.am is RIGHT when damian is going thru his big beef with the batfa.m#sending him on his solo 'i was rob.in' yadda yadda where no one can find him#and i know dick is back now but no one has told him what happened to damian roy or wally yet#ALSO UNRELATED BUT WHY SLADE WAS INVOLVED IN JOK.ER WARS AT ALL#anyway back to the point if dick is the one who finds damian at the end of this arc i will NOT shut up about it#yes this entire year has just been bad comics w storylines i despise but i will choose to like one (1) thing#i am that charlie da.y in front of the pepe silvia board rn d.c what does it all MEAN
