I know you've already answered an ask like this, but I can't seem to find it. I've bought Dicso Elysium when it was on sale this month, and I'm planning to play it blind when I have free time. But I was wondering if you got any tips to keep in mind when playing?

Let yourself fail - Sometimes failing rolls is actually as good at succeeding them. You may realize you would rather take another direction after a path has been blocked off, but often it can be just really fucking funny to see how badly Harry can fail at even simple tasks.

Grab as much shit as you can - When you're as big of a mess as Harry is you actually have two life bars, one for your health, and one for your psyche. For obvious reasons doing extremely dangerous shit to your body can damage your health, but also becoming /too/ cringe can kill you too. Fortunately there's a ton of healing items for both kinds of damage lying around, and remember to save often.

Clothes have stats - You only have a limited number of points you can put towards your stats, and sometimes you see a roll that demands points in a skill you've left out, or sometimes you DO have points in the skill but the roll is simply a ridiculous effort. In this case, undressing in front of the other detective and putting on all the garbage clothes you've picked up with the right stats for a roll can literally save your life.

Listen to Kim - Your character doesn't have their life together, so it's a good thing your partner Kim does. If you pay attention to him you'll find he gives solid direction on how to conduct an investigation and even better advice on how to not be a walking disaster man, which is pretty important when you're a detective trying to solve a murder but have absolutely no idea what's going on.
